Also, checking with some other people, seems like Lost Islands is actually a different case. I don't think anyone, at least on Android, can use it right now, it either gives a connection or download error. Acti might've actually planned to keep it running but something caused it to break and they won't fix a 2-year shafted game.

At least I hope that's the case, might be still running on iOS. If so, get screenshots of your islands while you can.

New question for everyone... most annoying enemy?

For me, it's the Fire Spell Punks in the arena. They come down and shoot a fireball with nearly no warning because they charged it up while falling onto the battlefield, dealing 100+ damage.

The rat that hides inside the trash can and throws cheese at you , and I also hate the giant mutant plant.

Baabarians, Mage Sheep, and Fire Spell Punks.

Baabarians are just damage sponges who make it a living nightmare for any Skylander that isn't a Sensei or Imaginator. And they always seem to spawn in twos so it's extra difficult.

Mage Sheep are only annoying when Baabarians are around. If they slow you down and then you get whacked by a Baabarian, it's devastating. I really like the design of these guys, though, and on their own, they're easy to kill.

Fire Spell Punks are worst. They appear at like 5 at a time, and they summon super-damaging fireballs without any warning. You'll be running at them and then suddenly you'll take a ton of damage because one sends one out right in front of you.

Does nobody else just jump over the fireballs...?

Baaabarian sate the most annoying for me

Baabarians are powerful but very slow. They get annoying in groups but I usually take them out with a single Sky-Chi. A group of mage sheep, on the other hand, is the death of me.

Sheep Mages for me too. Baabarians I can easily focus on, but these blend in the crowd and make everything harder.

On other games, Mace Majors and Eggsecutioners. Why do you have your hecking hurtbox on your back

Baabarians have killed so many of my non-Sensei/Imaginator skylanders it's not funny. I feel like I've gotten pretty okay at dealing with other enemies even with the older Skylander's lower damage output, but with those Baabarians it's like fighting a brick wall.

I think this fits being GD, but it's not any game in particular. Someone actually made a realistic Kaos makeup. Most just do a mask or go for the disproportionate but accurate look, but I could see this working in a style shift episode in Academy(which they've tried with for a few scenes so it's not out of the blue).

That Kaos Makeup looks freaking awesome... Better that how I picture Kaos in a more realistic style.

Real makeup wouldn't look that dark of black.

If, if, and I'm saying it again if what SkyFan is saying is true, then I would find it logical: TfB just finished working on Imaginators, V.V. were busy with Crash so they decided to push the seventh game to 2018.

The point is I personally have really no reason to think he's outright liying: sure, he has been a bit too zealous and over-hyped in the past (and the whole Krakatoa thing was just unfortunate) but this would be on a completely different level.

So I won't get excited until any form of proof is shown but I'll consider the possibilty and honestly wouldn't find it all that surprising.

Would absolutely love to see another game from V.V., they gained tons of respect with N.Sane Trilogy and I can't begin to fathom what they could come up with for a new Skylanders title.
Especially now that we got the only gimmick I never wanted to see in this franchise out of the way.

I have always had the feeling Cortex became a Sorcerer purely because Golden Queen was one as well, so that people would have been "forced" to buy more characters to try out different Battle Classes from the ones included in any Starter Pack (except the Dark Edition).

They'll never convince me he was originally intended to belong to that Class, not when his staff is only used for his Sky Chi move.

Yup, that's pretty much the reason. The others seemed like Blaster-Tron and Chompy Mage were designed last and had to get the last weapons, since Paul Reiche said he wanted one villain per class.

So, I just had an awesome idea -

Imagine a board game like Dungeons and Dragons. Villains like Kaos, Kaos' Mom, Glumshanks, the Doom Raiders, and Skylanders like Spyro, Gill Grunt, Trigger Happy, Eruptor, Stealth Elf, Pop Fizz, Jet-Vac, Boomer, Cynder, and Hex could get counters.

You could play as the Skylanders Team or the Villains Team and the goal was to either defeat all the bad guys and save Skylands or to defeat all the Skylanders and conquer Skylands. You do this by going around the board, defeating all the opposing counters, and then taking over certain areas of the board until the entire board is either saved by the Skylanders or owned by the villains. It will start with a 50/50 split and then go from there.

It could work with turn based combat when two opposing counters encounter each other.

What do you guys think?

Well, it's true that Cortex being a sorcerer encourages you to purchase other characters of different battleclasses, and that's something meant. But I don't see Cortex being a Quickshot in any moment of game development, and I think that he really fits as a Tech sorcerer since apart from the gun being his signature weapon he uses different devices all over his upgrades, including N. Tropy staff apart from his own one. I remember how science was considered a type of "black magic" in MediEvil, and this is kind of the case as I see it. I like Cortex being a sorcerer rather than a Quickshot, he's an evil scientis, not a skilled shooter. It's obvious that making him a sorcerer is a bussiness trick, but only in part, and it doesn't make it fit any less.

Okay, I've had this thought in my head for awhile now, and am wondering if anyone knows how it would work;

Okay, so I have 1 creation crystal of each element, the Switch version of Imaginators, and SSA on 3DS. Can someone tell me what would happen if I were, to say...

Create a Fire Knight with Crystal X, Save it to Profile A of my Switch. Crystal X is still empty. Profile A has a Fire Knight with Crystal X's ID.

Then I go onto Profile B of my Switch, take the still empty Crystal X and create a Fire Sorcerer. I save the Fire Sorcerer to Crystal X using Wendel.

Profile A has a Fire Knight saved (with Crystal X's ID), and Crystal X has a Fire Sorcerer saved. [Profile B is now irrelevant to the rest of this post.]

Now, can anyone tell me what will happen when I scan Crystal X to Profile A? Will it show the Fire Knight, using Crystal X's ID? Will it replace the Fire Knight with the Fire Sorcerer inside Crystal X? Or will it clone Crystal X, thus adding both a Fire Knight and a Fire Sorcerer into my game, both belonging to the same Creation Crystal??

And if it does clone the crystal, can you; 1. Create all 10 imaginator classes at once with 1 crystal? or 2. Still save an imaginator to the crystal, now that 2 imaginators with the same toy ID exist in the game's memory?

I have heard from people here that it just updates the crystal, so your knight would replace the sorcerer.
