I don't like reducing my opinions to numbers, and these are rankings based on my personal view of Skylanders.
Not the games per se.

Spyro' Adventure 8/10 : it is a good game ,but it has nothing to do with spyro I felt like he should of have had a bigger role in the game since his name is in the title.The story was ok ,but it wasn't exciting
and some of the jokes felt very dry.The game overall was really good , the levels were fun and the boss fight was really good + Challenging.The hub is my favorite in the series I look how it kept changing after each level.

Giants 6/10 :The story was enjoyable and the cutscenes were fun to watch.The game overall felt like a dlc and I think that it should of have been an add on spyro's adventure.Half of the levels
aren't fun to play and felt unnecessary to the story , the boss fight was meeeh and the hub was a disappointment.The cast on the other hand was good most of the characters were good and I like how they introduced the Giants to the series.

Swap force 8/10 : The story felt fresh and new and so did the game. I like the new characters that they introduced espcially the villains ,but I don't like how they ditched characters like Hugo , Cali and Persephone.i like the side missions and the mini games and how fun the game was and i felt like I had so much to do.The swappers are the best gimmick landers in the series in my opinion , but the characters designs didn't feel skylanderish most characters felt more childish than the past skylanders...although some characters really stood out like RB , Scratch , Fryno and more.The game graphics were really good but the colors were very saturated espcially in the hub.

Trap Team 8 / 10 : The story is very good , but some fights felt very disappointing like the fight with gulper and some of the non doom raider villains ( like hood sickle , Bad juju and more ).Most of the levels aren't really memorable like the past three games and some of the villains looked really dull and boring...I would rather capture the dragon with one eye from the golden dessert level instead of Chompy or rage mage TBH.The Villans had so much character , I liked their dialogues and I enjoyed capturing them it felt like skylanders version of Pokémon which is a good thing.i wish that more Villans
Would of have been hidden and that the developers would of have added more side content...yeah the
Arena challenges and the kaos challenges were good , but it wasn't as much content as swap force which is a let down because you would except more from the next game not less...even the graphics didn't feel polished like swap force and The level cutscenes / level intros ( I don't what to call them ) are the least polished in the series in my opinion.The cast this this time was very big + more than half of the characters weren't impressive and I felt like they needed more time to devolp the game. The final boss fight was amazing and really challenging.i like how they introduced light and dark to the game and how they added more lore and depth to the series with this game although it felt lazy at times.and the fact that only trap masters could enter elemental gates really bothers me.i know I said so many bad things ,but this game is really good and I enjoyed it.

Super Chargers 6.5 / 10 : The story was my favorite in the series and the characters were different , fun and I adored most of them.I like what they did with the reposes I was getting tired of wow pows that didn't do much to the characters and what they did felt fresh and good.i also like how they added guest stars , but what I don't like is that they are exclusive to Nintendo consoles + i felt that the Nintendo version of the game should of had more Nintendo characters, Easter eggs and references and they failed at delivering that...I know that some of you would say that it's not necessary ,but couldn't the developers at least make the Nintendo version feel a bit diffrent since they added Nintendo characters + there wasn't much to the game so making the Wii U version a bit special wouldn't be impossible They of have at least added DK and bowser themed things to the lame hub .i don't like the forced vehicle sections during the story mode i didn't mind it when I first played the game ,but when I replayed some levels the vechile sections felt very annoying and unnecessary at time like in the titans island or during the level before fighting kaos.I like how they
had me fooled when I though that I bet the game , but the final boss fight sucked in my opinion and I wish that it never happened.The levels were very unique and different and the graphics took my breath away it's just that the vechiles sections didn't make me want to replay most levels.i enjoyed the racing and the online feature...but it got boring there was nothing else for me to do after beating the game...sure there was racing and super Chargers missions along with sky stones , but that wasn't enough...the game needed arena challenges and something like kaos's doom challenges + OG PVP. The game was very short...it didn't feel rushed like trap Team and imaginators it just feels like the developers were lazy and they weren't really sure how to handle the concept.

Imaginators: 7.5 / 10 : The story really sucked and the npc skylanders were a great addition to the series and I think that they should of have been around since the first game...what upsets me is that they weren't handled correctly because they overshadowed the old npcs that we feel in love with over the years.i like how this game added almost every character from the past games in one way or another.Now speaking about th levels they felt Very mediocre and the doom raiders were very predictable and boring...I liked the missions were the robo jet vacs followed me around it felt fun I liked the idea of having my own army.The M.A.P was a cool concept ,but it wasn't handled correctly and how the camera angle made the hub look smaller.The graphics were ok in this game ,but it was a step down from super chargers and I think that the next installment should always look better than the previous one and much more polished more.Creating a new character was a great addition to the franchise, but I felt very limited with creating my imaginators and most parts felt lifeless and boring TBH.The developers added quests and racing as side content for this game , but still
They weren't a good substitute for PvP , Kaos's Doom challenges , The arena challenges or any of the side content from swap force.I like how the franchise felt much more mature and how it started referring to religion and broke the forth wall several times + one of my favourite quotes in this series is from this game " welcome to heck skylander " + The jokes were good.

I know that what I have said wasn't organized and that o haven't mentioned every good thing + flaw in the games...but I have a headache and I just don't feel like being orangizned .

I normally don't do this, since a 10/10 score implies the game is perfect. Anyway...
SSA: 7.5/10. You can see how dated it is, but still very fun to play. (and why I don't mind doing 40 hours of Heroic Challenges again)
Giants: 9/10. Everything is done better than SSA, and I like the smaller roster.
SSF 5/10. Might be a good game, but half the roster is boring and I got the Wii version. Gimmick was really good though.
TT 9.5/10 My second favourite game of all time.
SSC 6.5/10 Clearly had flaws but had a lot of upsides too.
SI 7.5/10 I legitimately like all the characters in the roster except Buckshot. Also the gimmick was amazing.

Spyro's Adventure: 9/10 (easily my favorite game)
Giants: 6.5/10 (I loved the story but just... something feels off about it)
Swap Force: 6.3/10 (I honestly don't know why, but this is my least favorite.)
Trap Team: 7.9/10 (Loved the gimmick. I feel like the story was a bit... eh.)
Superchargers: 7/10 (Good characters, easily the best story of the games, probably before SSA. Vehicles were too forced.)
Imaginators: 8/10 (Story ruined it for me.)

I've not had any experience with Light and Dark, but I doubt either of them will be placed higher than Earth. The order remains the same if Kaos doesn't count.

Trap Team..... arguable 5/10 (I think it's better then Swap Force, but I wish it was longer and I didn't like the Trap Team only gates... It also was a glitch mess that gave me a corrupted save after finishing the game SO I AM angry, but the gameplay and the new characters were excellent).

Oh boy Elements.

Undead - my a e s t h e t i c

Magic - Best color scheme and thematic range.

Dark - Really cool twist to the usual "evil magic" theme.

Life - Same as magic, really cool open color scheme.

Air - Lovely use of the themes, though repeating themes is starting to get really common.

Earth, Fire, Water - Same issue and not a whole lot of range explored.

Tech - For such an amazing concept, really underexplored and ends at high tech except for the Barrel Blaster. Color scheme can be really ugly at times too.

Light - Knight Light used it really well.... Aaaand it's just every other element + particles.

So I've decided I'm going to replay all the games again for fun. I'm probably going to do it with my two favorite per element, one being a gimmick and one being a core/repose.

I usually replay all the games every year, but I use the characters whose Soul Gems appear in the levels. Since there are Adventure Packs that don't have Soul Gems, it can be tricky. And SSC is completely random.
