So as I always do on a Saturday morning, I was browsing Instagram. While I was doing this, I came across something interesting. This:

Basically, this is a journal for preorder on German Amazon. So I did a bit of looking. I found at least 3 places where this is available for preorder.

The first two have placeholder dates of Feb. 27, 2030. But Target has an actual release date of October 3, 2017. So the journals are basically these things with pictures and lore, that you get to add to. Kind of like a make your own Diary of a Wimpy Kid. What's interesting, is that we have had almost no merch this year, and all of a sudden, this appears in October. Seems a bit weird to release merch for a game without any new content coming to it. Keep in mind, the Adventure Pack is supposed to come in Q4, which would include October. So what we might be seeing, is our first indirect confirmation of Year 2. It's not a cool as the Lightcore leak, but at the very least, this is 100% real.

Keep pushing it back until it's delisted for real? It's been there for a year and a half and it's a low priority part of the franchise.

Nuh-uh. I DID add an extra year though, I thought that it was posted with the SuperChargers character guide but it was its own thing.

Aura posted these in several months across last year in the Book and Comics thread. Release date was listed for October 2016 at the time.

Huh, that's interesting. Odd how they've delayed it time and time again. I think the fact that it's still on the table for release at the very least counts for something. Also seems a bit interesting to try to release it in October again.
