Don't know, maybe in Nightmare it becomes truly challenging, instead of being frsustratingly hard like Trap Team?

Still have to create my first Dark Imaginator, think I'll wait for the Tech Crystal to arrive so I will have them, (hopefully) Pain-Yatta and Grave Clobber to try out.

My Robbie Rotten character is a Dark Smasher and uses those exact attacks. He's definitely my most OP Imaginator yet.

Does anyone have every single sensei released so far? What's the level cap at with Tidepool and Blaster-Tron? We're approaching 60 arent we?

Also yeah, I was worried about the Imaginators being incredibly overpowered from the get go. I suppose my guess was right.

I did that with my dark quickshot, except with the Bounty Hunter Soul Gem.
Each hit from the primary attack does close to 200 damage and knocks enemies back, and then there's tons of gold and the 500-damage explosion when it ends.
I can definitely see a smasher being better though.

I have 2 questions about Imaginators Switch version. Could someone clarify for me?
1. How does the MAP on the Switch's tabletop/portable modes look compared to the MAP on the Wii U's gamepad? Is the MAP the same size as on the gamepad or does it look larger on the Switch's tabletop/portable modes? I ask because both system's screens are the same size. And I always felt that the MAP on the Wii U's gamepad looked too zoomed out and small. The Switch's crystal clear resolution should help with the zoomed out problem, if it's there.
2. Have the long loading problems been fixed with a patch?

It's super zoomed out on every console, but the Switch definitely has a better resolution. The loading times are still pretty long on some levels but they've been shortened a little.

I have no problem with the other versions because they're on the tv so zoomed out is not a problem. But on a portable with a somewhat small screen is a problem. At least the Switch's resolution makes it bearable than the Wii U's gamepad lousy resolution.
And that's decent about that loading patch, even if it's a small update. Hopefully there's another patch.
I'll get the game when it's $29.99. Haha.

I can't speak for Mr J, but I'm assuming there's a lot of chests being loaded on the profile.

Here in AU, I traded my chests across multiple people, so I purchased 30, traded amongst a group of people, essentially got 120 chests for the price of 30 (of course shipping costs too).

In the states, I imagine, there's a much bigger skylander audience... eg. if every active member traded their blue chest, I'm sure the stats would be similar - there'd be over 100 active members at the very least who would have a blue chest and once it's on your profile, it's useless. Why not trade it around for duping stats?

Most parts start at +60, then duplicates is an additional +12, over time with trading, it shouldn't be that hard to duplicate stats.

I need to be taught, how is he getting his stats so bloody high? I can take my Air smasher - not that high level wise, strap up the best gear, and get to like lvl 225+ ATK for instance...no way do I see crossing 500, let alone THOUSANDS. What is happening to pump the stats so high?

yep.

since the blue CTT chest guarantees you certain gear instead of random ones, you could just buy/scan/return a bunch of CTT Packs and get those specific gear items to insane levels.

But that is a LOT of trips to the store, heck my TRU only has like 4 (last I saw) CTTs...so I'd have to buy those, return them, then find more?

That would further tempt me to buy it for the Switch. Frankly I wanted to buy it for the Switch, but didn't because they have a hard-on for packaging the SAME CHARACTERS that I already have. The Switch should have come with either a different set of Senseis or have an extra pack-in. I don't get why they do that...hey Nintendo had different characters last time!

Yeah I really wish the Switch Starter Pack either came with different characters, or there was a Portal Owner's Pack alongside the actual Starter Pack. It took me a while to convince my folks it was worth the roughly same price for the same characters.

Actually, he's using Barbella's Leg Guards in some of the Imaginators.

I actually don't think these super high stats are real. Someone could have easily used an image editing program to add an extra digit to the numbers that were there.
I won't be convinced until we see this in a video, where it would be rather hard to fake.

Anybody know when Blaster-Tron and Tidepool are coming to Canada? I'm guessing that the next Adventure Pack will be releasing at the same time in most places.

Blaster-Tron is really OP. I got him to Level 20 after just two arena battles.

I joy only found Blastertron today, but it sounds like they're gonna be able to replace my Mondoom figure! So hyped right now!

Went to Smyths, saw Blaster-Tron, put him on that portal thing, you know, that one where you see a preview of the character? Anyway, it said the item you get from him is the blaster, and not the sword.

The sword is probably unlocked at the Knight Shrine, just like the other Senseis' weapons.

Thing is, you get the blaster through normal gameplay. The preview shows 2 items for each preview: the piece of gear you get from having the skylander on the portal, and the sensei shrine weapon. The first one was Blaster-Tron's ring thing, no surprises there, but the second one was the blaster.
