We don't even have confirmation of one adventure pack in Q4. We have a forecast from Activision suggesting it which has a long history of being "optimistic". They put down those plans to look good for investors, it isn't a guarantee of release.

This is my problem with some of the fanbase. We jump to so many conclusions based on TINY pieces of info that could mean anything. Just because a business magazine says "Q4 Adventure Pack", does NOT automatically mean "OMG YEAR 2!~"

It could be something new. But it could also be LIM. it could be something entirely different. For all we know, it could be a box of activision's bull**** sold for 29.99, and our sorry asses would still buy it.

And, SkyFan91 (or, if you want to play the name game, Matt), you need to calm the **** down. These kids on instagram are QUITE gullible (i know, trust me), and if you leave an unfounded, speculative comment like that, then **** will start. And trust me, these kids WILL take anything at face value. So me calling you out on unfounded claims directed towards a gullible mass of children who don't know better is justified perfectly. Then you just have to flip your lid, and start sending me your little rants through DM and getting EVERYONE involved in a problem YOU started because you got called out for making a mistake and can't take responsibility for ****.

I won't comment any further on this situation because i've said all i need to.

Unless Acti promises the world in E3, we have no guarantee it'll happen or that it's not LIM. At this point they can easily go back on their words because the public as a whole doesn't know about it, or care since it's Skylanders.

Wait, Lost Imaginite Mines is still supposed to come out by the end of May, right?
Because that's the release date Amazon has listed.

I could understand if the 25th were a placeholder, but I don't think they would delay it to Q4.
That being said, I cannot disagree: the so called "Adventure Pack" could simply be a scrapped level which didn't make it in the final game, packed with a Creation Crystal, a Mystery Chest or maybe a Sensei.

I'd still see it as positive news, but not enough to expect an Imaginators 2.0, at least not for now.

I saw a ton a Dark Crystals at my Toys R Us yesterday I ended up buying one

I would prefer a Skylanders Imaginators story expansion DLC with 5-10h new content for 20-30$ ( like the Boruto story expansion DLC for Ultimate Ninja Storm 4) over a new Advt Pack.

A new classic spyro figure is being made by first4figures. Don't worry this won't effect Skylanders in any bad way

It's not for Skylanders. Why would TFB do it if it had nothing to do with it?

They were still the ones handling the Spyro IP in the first place, even if in Skylanders. That means it's no longer the case.

It still doesn't affect Skylanders overall. We still have two major things coming next year and year 2 for Imaginators this year so I don't think that we should worry

I think I said this how many times now? Acti can cancel these at any time, Skylanders Academy is the only thing that's safe because of Netflix. Until there's big event coverage, they might as well not exist to the public and they have no expectations to ruin.

You don't need to repeat yourself. We've heard it many times. However as I said this figure has NOTHING to do with Skylanders and has nothing to do with TFB. Let's say Acti decided to get VV to make this figure instead. Would that affect TFB? No

I dont care about this spyro thing, all i want to know is what will happene to the skylanders franchise.

after seen this video and that componey i got to say that i dont see how it will effect on skylanders. from i understood those figures are basicly like amiibo, and they didnt just use spyro thye used other viudeo game characters like link, amaterasu, sonic etc. so i personally dont think that this will have any effects on skylanders at all.

dont want to be a buzz killer but lets not jump to conclusions right now. i would like to see both things but we need to remamber that activison are very unexpected bunch and that it would be stupid to wait for somthing witout get a full confirmation.

I just realized that all of Activision's successful IP's have had a year break from releasing a new game in the past. For example COD world at war was supposed to release in 2006 but didn't since the sales were down and they released it in 2007

They wouldn't make an OG trilogy figure if it wasn't about those. AHT Spyro was the 'face' of Classic Spyro before the first reboot if I recall.

I mustn't think about the hype which is growing in me right now, because this could very well end up being just a couple figures and nothing more, so I'll simply point out how the iconic sound they choose to represent Spyro can only be heard in the first game if you break a 1-Up Chest.

I mean, you have Aku Aku's famous gibberish... and that.
I personally think the gem-collected sound or the noise Sparx makes when he eats a butterfly would have been more recognizable.
Maybe they wanted only the most hardcore fans to get the reference...?

Or they want to point out it's the first game/the trilogy, not the main series as a whole that's getting attention. Points even more towards a remaster.
