I looked online on eBay for this stuff, and I saw a picture of the back. Shows the LIM comes with a blue chest as well, not a special colored one as we hoped. http://m.ebay.com/itm/SKYLANDE...8147?nav=SEARCH

May just buy it online, but I'm going to toys r us on Friday as they open to see if I can get it. If they don't have it then (can't check before as my store sticks to street dates like no tomorrow), then I'll definitely order online.

I was really anxious about this pack. My mom gave the okay, and I ordered one! We prefer to order things online since we have pretty busy lives, so this is what I was waiting for! I was just about to go to bed, too... What an awesome way to end the day!

Alright.... Good job Trickster. It says they are likely in stock at my nearest TRU. I Will be calling them tomorrow to make sure it's not register locked, and if I can, Wild Storm shall finally be mine.

Wild Storm was in my top 5 of new characters released and now I just pray my #1 Ro-Bow gets released without a hitch.... my #1 I wanted last year was thrillipede and we all know how that debacle went down. In the end I only paid 17 for my thrillipede which I got only but a few months ago.

I might still wait till Friday, since I'll actually be out then. Every other day this week I'm busy.

It is still locked for April 7th. Even if you do store pickup. A manager that has long been very helpful for me on Skylanders told me that even if the site let you order, it wouldn't allow a pickup until the Street Date. I didn't push for an override because she is very nice and has been helpful in the past and it could potentially get her into trouble. She put my name on one and put it in the back office for Friday, and they put the case of the rest of them back in the storeroom.

If you have to buy it now, order for Shipping. You might get a willing manager, but do not count on it.

NO register lock for me !

Ugh. I went to my local TRU because it said it would be available for pick-up in store (and I wanted to use a 20% coupon). Of course, none of them were out and no one was working the video game dept.

Finally I got someone to look and gave them my phone with the UPC/SKU from their website on it. They were locked up in back with a "Do not sell until April 7th" sign on them apparently, so that was that.

Debating whether or not to just order it online now or wait until Friday and use the coupon. Probably won't get there until late Friday though.

So I called them up today and then told me that there was nothing on the shelves, but there was something for Skylanders in the back that they could not sell until the 7th. I guess that basically confirms it.

My TRU has them locked up in back, but they did see them so that's good.

It is register locked. I was able to purchase it by showing them that it was available to purchase on-line for in store pickup. The manager just did an over-ride for me. Unfortunately, I won't be able to check it out for a couple more weeks because it is an Easter gift. At least I have it, though, and it is one less thing that I have to worry about finding later on.

I ordered for store pick up, and they gave it to me when I got there.

TRU employee in Pennsylvania said they were supposed to have it today. My store has usually been firm about register locks and release dates. I'll try to talk them out of it. I'll mention the online availability and the delayed release. Any other tips?

Yeah, how about we all not try and get employees in trouble or give them a hard time? Yes, the online availability means it should have lifted the street date, but Friday is only two days away. Order from the website if you can't go on Friday, it ships for free - so the cost is the same.

I went to my local TRU store yesterday. It was register locked until Friday despite being available online to pick up in an hour. The manager there said she would put my name on one in the back office for Friday so I'll just go back then.

After waiting about 20 minutes for them to find it (it was in the first storage area they looked in), they said it was register locked.

I had to actually purchase it off of the site for store pickup, and then had to wait another 5 - 10 minutes for it to actually go through and for them to fetch it out of the back.

Honestly, this is why the series isn't doing well. Communication between the actual retailers and Activision is just.. severely cut off.

Yeah, oddly enough I was able to purchase it online and pick it up in store with no register locked issue. I was also looking for a dark crystal while I was there to pick it up and noticed that they had more on the shelves so I didn't think anything of it. I'm glad there wasn't an issue because TRU is an hour and a half drive for me, so would have sucked to have wasted the trip.

Mine was ready for store-pickup, so I went over to TRU and they gave it to me without a problem. So far it sounds like store-pickup is the best option in case it's locked.

So, is there any chance of this becoming hard to find within a short amount of time? With the Ro-Bow level pack coming out this month too, I'm holding off on this one for now because I can't afford both for the time being, but Trap Team still has me traumatized and I always worry that if I don't get this stuff pretty early on it will become impossible to find later.

They had 24 at my local Tru which is a lot but when you factor in that they may be the only ones carrying it 24 is nothing. I would not wait on this one.

My bro lives in Madison Heights, I live in Flat Rock area so I'm only 40 minutes away. So trippy to think that we may have possibly bumped into each other while skylander hunting without knowing it.

And is Griswold from MI? You wouldn't happen to be related to the Griswold Chyropractors would you?

No one really knows. It's all a guess but history has shown these last couple of years that it's not a good idea to wait on the wave 4 and 5 stuff. I'm guessing they'll be like the light and dark dragons in Trap Team. You'll probably see them for a month but after that they'll probably be all gone and doubled or tripled in price. Personally, I don't think we'll see Ro-Bow this month. I'm expecting a delay like the CTT.

Not to mention communication with the fans... As soon as the main game is released, Acti cuts communication for everything but hype for buying the starter pack. :/

My CTT is out for delivery today. Makes me happy. Now all I need is Tidepool and Ro-Bow to complete my collection.

i've got mine ordered as of yesterday but there have been times when Toysrus says something is in stock but cancelled my orders.... cause it wasn't.
Anyhow Three more characters to go.
NOW if only I could find the Dark Creation crystals.
I expect if Bestbuy does in fact put them up anytime soon to ship I will try to buy 10 of them right away cause I fear they won't be so easy to get in time.

Picked mine up on Tuesday along with a dark creation Crystal. The employee said it was buy one get one for 50% off. Somehow the 2 products rang up $20 total. OK, i'll take it.

I live in Dearborn, so I shop at the Southgate Toys R Us or sometimes the Westland one. Last name is not Griswold, but is derived from the same last name.

Jumped the gun and bought it on Amazon, although it looks like it will be a couple of days before they'll have it in stock to ship. I'd rather not risk missing it in case it does become rare, although I do hope now that they'll hold off on Ro-Bow and the rest of the next wave until next month because I can't afford all of that in such a short amount of time. I really wish the last couple of waves didn't always run the risk of becoming impossible to find.

At least until the supposed 'Year 2' Update.

My TRU and Target had CTT. TRU also had Dark Crystals. My Gamestop (2 Stores) does not have CTT in their system and will not get them until they are in the system.
Looks like I will have to use my free GS coupon on a figure I already have... I have until the 15th so maybe, there is still a chance.

Finally picked it up at TRU as well as the two Dark Crystals. YEET.

Hooo boy, Amazon isn't expecting to ship mine until sometime between May and June. It looks like it's up on Toys R Us again. Should I just cancel and see if I have any better luck with them?

Got CTT today. It's amazing! Wild Storm is awesome and the level is just greatness!

I used the GS free figure cupon on a tech crystal I couldn't find anywhere since they seem to be ditching skylanders. I also picked up 3 more crystals at walmart discounted at 7.40 and the Tiki pack at TRU today.

Just got done with the level and was thoroughly impressed. Only disapoinment was the lack of a boss. Wild Storm is sweet INDEED.
