the headcanon is growing stronger

I posted this a while ago when it was part of Gary's demo reel, but this one is much bigger.

He's an existing voice actor though, his voice isn't unfamiliar to me. Either Brain, Cluck or a male Trap Master, I know I heard somewhere recently.

Ok... I don't like RO-BOW as a character in general... but I have to admit its gameplay is absolutely awesome, and he looks to be highly overpowered.

Yeah, I think there's a disconnect between his weapon and his design/gameplay. His hoodie is sick, but the fact he's flat black metal otherwise compared to his colorful drill bow is weird. I'd rather have him with full medieval fair-y clothing with gold rims and a bunch of red.

His backstory is also really weird, since it's made a big deal about how he doesn't speak well but here he is speaking full english. I think he was supposed to be representing the Beeps voice for Imaginators but they changed that late in development.

And that's odd. We can't hear him say any full speech, so there's still a chance we could hear that weird language/accent.

Fiesta does that a bit. The issue with different languages is that there isn't a Skylands Spain; everyone just kinda speaks english or ominous gibberish.

So are they still going to release Ro-Bow's adventure pack at the end of the month or are they going to push it back now because of Wild Storm's delay? Ro-Bow's already on the way to becoming my most favorite Skylander ever and I can't wait to get this adventure pack.

They most likely are not going to push it back. There was no mention of the Cursed Tiki Temple level in the graph/chart, so I don't believe that they would mention the Ro-Bow pack either. IMHO the "Adventure Pack" is not actually an Adventure Pack but rather a large level expansion released in place of an actual game.

The game also appears to differentiate "level pack" from "adventure pack", most likely because of the Adventure Piece(Crash doesn't count I guess).

Why would TFB make a useless character?

While waiting on CTT and the Dark crystals, I'm wondering what the ETA is for the last wave...trying to get my hands on Blastertron so we can finally do the light area (Aururo didn't interest us in the SLIGHTEST, and Blastertron was our second most interested sensei behind Pain-Yatta.

Activision has NEVER given out accurate time lines for when to expect character releases beyond those that launch alongside the game. One would hope that they'd have learned that the accurately-advertised release dates from their competitors worked to generate hype in those franchises... and that Activision would likewise follow suit.

But you can't say we've fallen anywhere on that metric, given the rock-bottom communication (or lack thereof) we've always had.

You wait amazon.it and amazon.co.uk and amazon.de will have them up soon just watch.

Yeah I wouldn't be surprised if it was more like the Lego Dimension story packs and costs around forty or fifty dollars.

If they try to get away with that I might just let the franchise go down the slope. We're trying to help the developers keep their job by supporting the level packs, not give Acti the ok to keep raising the prices and lower their chances of selling at all.

looks like a preety good sign, but i hope it will be with new skylanders and not satan eyes buckshot, but i will not mind to have Luminous (although i doubt it willl happen).

Don't ask me why, but I'm suspecting Activision will rather put a rare character (such as Chompy Mage) in it, before allowing TfB to create new ones; if it's going to include a Sensei.

A quick question about the Blue Mystery Chest (wasn't quick enough to ask it on the recently closed topic): placing it on the Portal instantly unlocks the 80 parts, so that I will be immediately able to use them, or do they simply become available to find inside regular Imaginite Chests?

Judging from the Imaginator creator, they must have so many models of older characters sitting around it's just a matter of having SFX and gameplay people on the job. They'll only use the pack-only or Heartbreaker Buckshot if the situation is really dire, since it's not as many bells and whistles as ~*never seen before characters!*~(even if it's just more villains).

You're able to use them immediately. There are more parts in CTT that you have to find.

Guess you are talking about the three fixed sets you find at your first playthrough, or does it contain more exclusive parts?

I think it's more than three sets, but yeah you just find them the first time and that's it.

By the way, I spoke with the video games manager of my Toys"R"Us few days ago about the adventures pack he had not in stock (and will not have) and suddenly he stopped and asked me: "If I remember well, you search transparent figures, do you ?". I answered "Yes, it's correct, why ?". He said he keep something for me for two months and he went to the stock store and came back with that and said "It's for you. You just have to buy it now" with a smile:





I was so happy, a special figure at a regular price. Iwas very gratefull.

Yeah. I remember a while back we saw some test footage of him which showed his Magic Moments and some of his attacks. However, it was obviously very old, as Blaster-Tron was most made up of polygons and there was no backdrop or anything.
