Found this tonight
From his listings I say he is a Target employee. Almost all of his items seem to be from Target

First clue being here now in the u.s could target possibly get it first instead of toys r us ?

Usually when stuff starts showing up in Texas first it's from Gamestop. I think the their main shipping hub is in Texas or something.

It's not only missing the french type, it doesn't have the US labels next to the circle thumbnails on the top of the packaging. They always say Sensei Skylander next to the character and a description of the other item on the right. It's definitely not US packaging.

There are 2 other listings on eBay from California. Do those match the US packaging? This is a good sign that more are showing up.

Good observations, seems to be a UK import.

I'm seriously considering just importing from Amazon.co.uk directly. Would be about $12 above sticker price due to shipping, which is not bad for piece of mind and would arrive in a week.

It'll come out here, be patient. This isn't the sort of thing they leave out to dry - a new level after making a big deal about adding it.

That auction is almost certainly an import. It would work fine, but that's why he has it. Target items show up first in the Florida/deep southeast first. Gamestop starts in the Texas area. Walmart out west, like California and Nevada. TRU uses Fedex, so they typically have every where within a day or two.
