Do you guys think that they might actually keep on adding content until the end of this year by creating new variants or by making excisting charcters unlock levels by increasing their price point ?
The only thing I'm hoping for is an ambush variant for Christmas

I saw one three weeks ago at a Target. I'll probably pick him up tomorrow if I see him there since the Skylanders section is most likely still dead. Awesome, another level pack! Now just keep making more of these throughout the year, along with some new Skylanders (maybe one new villain of each element, plus one nonvillain?).

The more they add to Imaginators the better, as it increases the amount of content our Skylanders can be used in without limiting the amount of content our newest Skylanders can be used in (basically, if we get Skylanders 7, the newest Skylanders will only work in Skylanders 7, but if we get a whole bunch of new levels and Skylanders added to Imaginators then we will be able to use our new Skylanders in all the new levels plus all the current levels).

It would be awsome to have Imaginators as a hub. Not only for future games but also for the old ones... imagine playing SA, SG, etc with your own Imaginator...

I thought so, too. But would it even be possible with the jump action? Remember, Skylander didn't jump until Swap Force. It might make some barriers and jump pads irrelevant, while some spots might be glitchy when you jump there and get stuck.

Spyro and co. can jump in the newer games as well, so that would not be a problem. New Skylanders cannot jump neither in SA and SG, problem solved... they would just act as the other regular Skylanders in the other games. (Ex. Trap Masters have no special power in SSG and SI)

Will too be honest the trap masters didnt had much power in the first place. Only a low ranked crystal creating and thier elemental powers (like any other skylander).

The thing is, getting rid of Trap Masters's damage increase when facing villains isnt comparable to flat out getting rid of the ability to jump. Some Trap Masters actually have skills based on jumping. All of those would have to be reworked which could take some time.

Also, Superchargers, Senseis, and a few Swap Force characters I think have abilities based around jumping. One of Fire Kraken's abilities comes to mind actually.

Invisible walls could help... ;-)

they never stated the title or context, just the blurry photo and "oh it's skylanders 7"

So probably trying to get attention and likes. The official channel has deleted stuff they uploaded too early, mind you, but it'd be most likely a scrapped character that got to 3D print phase. If TFB is on the ropes during this extra AP phase they can't even start developing Sky 7.

They should work on sky7 for at least 2 years...I don't want this game to be giants 2.O

And Boom Bloom is one of Dr. Krankcase's failed mutant plant experiments.
So 3 Adventure Pack Skylanders out of 4 (not counting Thumpin' Wumpa Islands) were actually influenced by a major villain.

No we weren't making the assumption we didn't want to post it since it would cause false hype and we told Zap specifically not to post it and what did he do? He posted it. Also he was the one making the assumption that it was a sky 7 leak

How does anyone make anything out of that? I just see a blue blob; it may not even be a figure for all we know, and it's definitely not a leak for the next Skylanders game just because some instagram kid says so.

Yeah, I still can't see how anyone is managing to make sense of something so blurred like we all did with the poster last year. It just looks like some kind of picture with a blue thing in front of it to me, nothing interesting about it. I doubt it's even a figurine at all, let alone anything else to do with Sky 7. If it really was from a video on their channel I don't think they'd be showing anything to do with it around this time as they're getting more protective and I expect them to hold out a little longer. A lot of odd things like this come up a lot with Instagram as we all know and it really isn't that trustworthy. Some kids just like to create hype around something for a while until it's dismissed and I see it as one of those cases. I wouldn't speculate any further.

Also, a Sky 7 leak this early? Usually we don't get them until around Spring, plus we don't even know if there WILL be a seventh game.

Yeah, Toysrus never had him on the floor. I remember on the week wave 3 was released, Toysrus.com said he was in store at a local Toysrus near me, but he was nowhere on the floor. I should've asked if they had him in the back, he was probably there. Good luck on Tidepool. She's a major one for us to buy. This is why I'm always happy. My local TRU always has the new figures and puts them out the day they are set to launch. There's never any extra waiting where I am.

Well as one of the "kids" on Instagram, I'd like to add a little bit of information. Someone made a video including those pictures and had their video copyright striked and subsequently removed. I made mine without the pictures and it is still up though. This pretty much means that this is something significant.

They had their video removed for an image that's so low in quality that it looks like a mixture of color? It would make sense if you could at least tell if it's even an object to begin with but the fact that it just looks like a blob makes this odd. I don't know what to think.

I'm not getting my hopes up until we at least see the reports on the 9th.

so that blurry thing might hint on somthing importent? like sky 7 importent?.
