No. He hasn't even been officially confirmed on the Skylanders website yet.

He was on the website for a while, but was removed later (though most of his assets are still available, if you have the link).

Tru told me he be out 2 weeks before Feb 14th if that helps.

So we'll probably be seeing him the last week of January or the first week of February. I predict January 29th or around that, because that's two Sundays before Valentine's Day.

Nope nothing yet? But I will keep checking to see if any news and let everyone know what I find out.

Went o Toys R Us last night to follow up and see what they had on their street date/hokdnlist.

Nothing of any kind by Activision or Skylanders on the list!!

I really hope we see Master Heartbreaker Buckshot soon!! Looking forward to him!!

Just checked the official site and they removed the picture of Heartbreaker Buckshot. So I'm thinking they pulled the plug on him, kept the Easter variants and concentrate on the last-minute update involving Wild Storm along with, yet, another level similar to Thumpa Whumpa Island.

imo, i think its just the skylanders webmasters screwing up (again), i mean we still have skylanders that are missing their pages from past games, here's a few:

This was my first thought, I did not jump to the conclusion that the figure is cancelled. The web site has always been fairly poorly maintained, with mistakes and omissions being made all the time. Most of the palette variants weren't even added to the site to behin with until a month or two after release, and they were added only because people found them in the files of the site anyway. Based on what we know, and what we can observe, it being a mistake and it being cancelled are roughly equally possible.

Yeah, but it's two weeks from Valentine's Day and there is no word of him.

We could all be wrong in assuming the figure is still tied to Valentines Day. If the game has truly been cancelled perhaps they will make this the last figure released instead. Can't think of a more appropriate figure name than "Heartbreaker" to be the last ever for the series.

That takes some serious leaps in logic that a marketing team would be incapable of. 9_9

I mean with the development of new adventure pack and the Nintendo switch starter pack, it would be an unnecessary thing to release

The adventure pack is more worth it than the Variant

Heartbreaker Buckshot was already on the game since it's release. The Switch version and Cursed Tiki Temple weren't. So there's no reason one thing would stop another. Unless Activision doesn't want to produce more figures. But I think they still used money to develop the new stage and the Switch version.

Hb will be the last figure Acti puts out because there will be no new skylanders after him.

What if they turn him into a contest prize figure? I know the timing would be messed up, but maybe it just works out that way somehow.

Right, but those decisions were almost certainly made before the game was released in October.

I wish I had the link handy, but there was an interview in August/September where they asked one of the devs if there were any planned level packs beyond Thumpin Wumba Islands, Gryphon Park and Enchanted Elven Forest. He smiled and said, "I can't comment on that."

Not giving up on this guy just yet!!! Took them a bit to get Christmas Chompy Mage off the ground and we have gameplay for the figure!!

I have a feeling that this might end up like JBCM where we are all wondering where he is and then he just randomly appears at Gamestop.

i'm just curious if he'll turn out to be a exclusive somewhere?
but my walmart and gamestop have stopped selling imaginators altogether.
I am only interested in getting my imaginators to level 60. But honestly I hate buckshot.

It would not surprise me at all if Heartbreaker turned into a Gamestop exclusive. They seem to be the only ones all that interested in that sort of thing lately, and they have had late release exclusives previously. I originally read this as the Adventure Pack would have both figures, but I think that just means both are in the system (if true).

Went to Gamestop today and talked to a friend that works there. He spent over 40 min looking in the system but could not find anything related to ether upcoming Adventure Pack. He also looked for Heartbreaker but could not find anything conclusive in the system (the only thing he found was a unlabeled SKU for $14.99) The SKU could be for Heartbreaker or any upcoming product that costs $14.99. He did say tho even if that's not it he still could just show up, That they sometimes get figures added to there system the same day the come in.

But basically no solid evidence of Heartbreaker, and I trust this guy. He spent about 45 min looking for anything that might be it.

Edit: forgot to say he also looked at the shipping logs for this week and the only skylanders stuff listed as coming this week is a restock of more mystery chests at $5.99, but that the logs are often incomplete so that's does not say much.

I too hit up GameStop and all they could find was a Switch Starter pack in the system.

Still holding out for hope for Heartbreaker Buckshot!!

Did see though atbTiusbr is they had a 2/27 release for Egg bomber air stirke and Hard Boiled Flarewolf.

I thought that Heartbreaker was because of the Valenhate theme some franchises use instead of Valentines.

I grew up in the 80's too...glad I'm not the only one who thought of that Pat Benatar classic when they heard about Heartbreaker Buckshot lol

Interestingly, the link to his page has started showing again with google search, however the link still takes to the unexpected error page. Although the page showing on google is weird, because before it wouldn't show up at all, now today it's showing in search results again.

There is a cached view and looking down the page it seems it had some stats inconsistencies. They may have taken it down to polish up the page in time for release.

We'll know within the next few days if he's coming, it's possible he could start releasing tomorrow.

I find it hard to believe they wouldn't release a character variant that clearly seems complete in game and with the marketing material done for him already.

Wouldn't it be hilarious if he was held back so they can release him in an Adventure Pack next year?
