Skylanders Academy Season 2 was an improvement.

They don't even save money, Acti delays announcements to "maximize hype" by burying everyone in NDAs and has killed both Battlecast and Creator (no updates after two weeks), as well as seriously risking Academy's popularity.

If you mean the Operation More War mission, I think thats only playable during the story between Dragon Temple and Abandoned Amusment Park. I might be wrong and you can get it as an Adventure after beating the game, but there are quite a few options for the Adventures there so I dont how what the odds of getting it are.

A little detail about the game bothers me .. You get so much gold in Imaginators and don't have a shop anymore ... What should I do with all the gold my Golden Queen or Crash Bandicoot has collected?

I'm sure Goldy would like to keep it.

But yeah, this game seems to give tons of money and there's no way of wasting it except on upgrades.

Any store at all is good - lock puzzle and skystone cheats are always handy. I bet people wouldn't mind paying gold for the full Vehicle sets from SC either - an easy timesave to just port those and sell them as special mods.

Sure, it might be a convenient explanation but it exists.

My personal theory is that you need to use figures to bring them back to Skylands the first time, and then you simply use them to summon the characters where you need.
I'm still working on this idea thought, especially since they never explained how SuperChargers and vehicles became toys (I think) and it seems like Senseis were summoned by Eon himself, which is still a stronger Portal Master than us and could be capable of such things.

Which bring us to the problem with Kaos himself being a figure: we've seen him escaping toy form in Giants exactly because Portal Masters are much more powerful than Skylanders, so it wouldn't have made sense if he ramained frozen.
Besides I personally want him to stay evil and be the series' main villain, and I doubt he would have the chance if that happened.


I thought it was explained that the Kaos Skylander was actually one of the clones he made at the end of the game?

you know that was kinda obvious that kaos will use the mind magic to make a clone of himself.
luckly the skylander kaos is probobly his best clone, i mean have you seen the other kaos clones in the last level? they are all buttugly.

in my headcanon about this, the real kaos was the good one.
he and spyro were exploring the cridle of cretion, but kaos tuched some wierd crystal and accidently created the fake kaos. fake kaos thogut that the real one was weak and decided to conquer skylands on his own using the mind magic, but not before he kiddnaped glumshunks and forced him to become his buttler. so the real kaos wanted to find the fake one to teach him some manners ( but he secrtly cared for glumshunks and wanted to save him but he will never admit it).

i mostly want Chain Reaction, Pit Boss, and Pain-Yatta. Bad Juju and Flarewolf are second priority and i don't care much for Buckshot and Boom Bloom, so i'll just get them during a sale.

I'm not gonna need too many more fire crystals.. Buying Regular, Dark AND winning a free copy of the regular is a total of 3 of the same fire crystal.. ouch.

Kaos' clone being the true villain would have also made more sense, and would have been a logical follow up to the true Kaos becoming temporarily good.
I really hope they will at least explain the events between SuperChargers and Imaginators in the comics.

They could have still made a figure out of him, for example by making his clone turn good at the end of the game and willingly join the Skylanders, while the true Kaos returned to his villanous behaviour.

Spyro and Stealth Elf are my favorites Skylander NPCs ever. I know I repeat me but I love the interaction between them.
Jet Vac was awesome too! Everyone was more funny as Flynn the (arrogant) best Pilot in the Skylands. I was very happy he wasn't a big part of the story.
Eruptor reminded me on Boom Knuckles.
