I just thought this would be a good idea and fun to see what combinations everyone has chosen.

So what Battle Class did you Choose for each elemental crystal?

I've found that Magic works very well for Ninjas. Use the Time Bubble Elemental Power combined with the Knife Storm Secret Technique and you can pin down and destroy entire herds of enemies at once.

I only have four crystals at the moment.

I did Light and Magic Swashbuckler (no clue why i did that, but I like my Swashbuckler Imaginators sooo...), Quickshot for Fire, and Bazooker for Earth.

I only have 2 crystals so far. I made a Life Smasher and an Air Sorcerer. I plan to make a Fire Brawler, a Tech Swashbuckler, and Undead Ninja, and a Water Bazooker. As for the other elements and battle classes, I haven't decided yet which gets what. Light Bowslinger maybe? Dark Quickshot? Earth Knight? Magic Sentinel? Yeah, I chose those right this minute, but I'm not against those pairs.

On my first playthrough

On the loading screens, it shows parts unlocking for each of the creation crystals. Do you have to choose a battle class with each crystal to unlock the parts for the crystal? If so, I find that annoying. I wasn't even going to bother creating characters right away.

You do indeed have to make an Imaginator before the crystal gives you the Imaginite set.

I put the 6 crystal I own on the portal to register them to my collection the first day (without making a character) and got nothing. But today when I made Satyrrow, it gave me the Life Crystal Parts.

Okay, followup question; do you only get one set of parts per crystal element, or is there a set of parts for each of the 34 crystals?

Today I finale made my first Imaginator magic sorcerer. I played the game for quote some while without an imaginator and had enough fun with the Sensei. Now I know I can reset the crystals with my 3ds I will make the other classes very woon I think.

Also, related fun fact: You get duplicate parts of items for registering duplicates of the same Senseis. Just returned an Aurora with bad paint and brought another, and the new one gave me a dupe of her unlock.

On the flip side of this, you do not get money if you have more than one of a magic item. I tried a second of my three Sky Diamonds, and got nothing for it. I am curious if this will be the case with traps, but I have not tried them yet.

If duplicate figures and palette swap figures work the same way, which I assume they do, then yes.

I made my light a knight. He's a brawly little robot. Question about the sorcerer - what are their primary and tertiary attacks? Same with Brawler. I want to make them, but I already have the Brawler and Sorcerer senseis.
