You guys are WAY too upset about a thumbnail, do you have context? do you have plot? Are you watching the fight? I understand trying to keep as much underwraps as possible, but the volume of vitriol is way too high for a thumbnail. I saw a pic, and went about my business, seeing a pic doesn't really spoil anything for me, nor does it affect the story or playing through the game.

Do we NEED context? If it was any other franchise, no context is fine. But you know who the final boss is in a Skylanders game. Seeing the thumbnail spoils everything else about it.

There should be no "it's fine to be spoiled on X" double standard. It's called respecting other fans, give a grace period THEN spoil away once the majority got their hands on the game.

It's mainly the principle, though. It's just YouTuber etiquette to not spoil the ****ing final boss in the thumbnail of a video.

Plus, I would've liked to be surprised on the design because it looks awesome!

What a bummer. I keep checking, but no joy. I have my crystal list all set. If anyone offered preorders they'd have my business. Goes for the adventure pack too.

thats how I feel Gajim. I work Sunday and Monday and don't come home until late. But I want everything ready for when I get home. Bestbuy put some preorders up morning yesterday but they were the standard figures and then they took them down an hour later. Why? I'm confused as to why nobody is putting up preorders for the other stuff. I don't buy skylanders in store, I don't want to buy crystals in stores at all either.

As for the youtube videos I try to avoid skylander videos at this point since we know things will be getting spoiled now. But sounds like yeah the Skykids videos did the unthinkable by putting the final boss in it's thumbnail.
Thankfully I avoid all videos at some point once it's clear people start getting copies. I don't want spoilers for any games I'm planning to play. Maybe just tell me if the game is good or bad but yeah it sounds pretty bad with what skykid's video did.

2. You can only glean two things from the thumbnail: his appearance, and his name.
There's still plenty you DONT know from the thumbnail, so to say it spoiled everything? His attacks, his battle patterns, the strategy to beat him, how he got his new form, etc. not only is this the longer list, it's full of much more substantial things than the name and appearance of the boss itself. I wouldn't even say the thumbnail spoils more than a third of what can be gleaned for the video itself, not even a quarter.

Imaginite Mystery Chest figures can be used on multiple profiles (though only once per profile).

• The bag color also corresponds to the Chest color: Green = Bronze, Purple = Silver, Blue = Gold

Creation Crystals can be reset in SSA 3DS, just like Traps. Wendel is a lifesaver!

I'm selling a ton of my super old 3DS games and my spare Wii so I can get enough money for Sunday. I'm also buying a TV for my room (a CHEAP one) just for Skylanders and Splatoon! I AM THE DEFINITION OF PREPARED .

There you go I did it. Tape over the screen in the exact point thumbnails show up. Don't worry I'm not actually blocking the screen, it's just a flap over the monitor I can flip when I'm not on youtube.

But serious they recommended me like 5 videos on the first thing I opened that's a Sonic fangame. Not gonna risk it. Also I can read the titles which mean mark as "Not interested" spam is a go

Alright, Anti-Thumbnail Paper Flap upgraded. Tied a tiny heavy square plastic to the end of it make weight, now I can just lift it up without pulling the duct tape.

This is stupid but I'd rather do a foolish blind playthrough than a "normal" spoiled one.

I've deleted Instagram from my phone temporarily, added multiple video blocker extensions to Chrome just in case one of them fails, added every single Skylanders word imaginable to their block lists (so much that searching Skylanders on youtube comes up with almost no gameplay videos), and put parental controls onto Miiverse on my Wii U in case I'm tempted to look through posts before I reach the final boss. I feel so... pure this year.

Considering I went to the skylanders tag out of habit and it just blocked the page for me, yeah, I need to save myself from myself sometimes.

Yes, it's a chase variant, it will be rare. You'll be lucky to even find it. There's a random chance that one will be shipped in a case, but there's no guarantee of a store getting at least one of them.

Just finished Skylanders Imaginators, and hands down, best Skylanders game ever. And probably the best final boss ever
