So. I checked my order, and it said that it's expecting to be shipped on the 17th and it'll come on the 21-24th, but they also said that about my pre-order for Superchargers and I got it Day 1.

My only concern is, I'm not sure if I'm getting Kaos or not.
Someone said his Amazon pre-order was updated to say it's coming with Kaos, but I didn't see anything like that on my order.
I also pre-ordered before it was announced he was going to be a pre-order bonus. But then I cancelled it and pre-ordered again sometime after it was revealed.

I dunno I just want to know if I should pick him up at the retailer day one or not.

Not sure on amazon, but Best Buy is shipping it separately. Even if you get store pickup, they are shipping you Kaos - there is no store pickup option for that.

It seems that way, yes. I haven't followed any of this (cause I preordered at a good ol GameStop store), but it seems like Kaos only ships for Prime members... which sucks

So I don't know if that affects it in any way.

I ordered it with Prime and when I made the checkout it appeared as a gift thingy but in the order review it doesn't appear. Also do you think that it's possible to receive it sooner than the date it says cause mine is international shipping and I can't wait till the 28 of October...

Mine says that it's arriving between 21st -26th I don't want wait that long...and when I pre-ordered a small picture of koas's figure appeared on the corner of my pre-order but it disappeared after they updated the image so I'm not sure if I'm getting him

I also preordered the Crash PS4 starter edition via Amazon Prime, and I have zero indication that I'm getting Kaos. It's a bit disconcerting.

If they don't end up sending it, it would be Amazon's fault. They advertise on their product page that they will give us a free Kaos when the games ships if we preorder. If they don't hold up to that, put up a complaint and state your reasons why you should be getting Kaos.

Actually, he needs Amazon Prime before he can get the Kaos figure. They don't advertise the figure unless you have Prime.

So my suggestion is to cancel your pre-order, get Prime, and then pre-order again.

Now you have a Kaos figure and you probably won't have to wait until wave 5 to get him.

When I look at the page, I see nothing that says it's for Prime members only. Just that when you preorder you will get Kaos with the game. It is odd that they don't list Kaos in the order, but then again, Kaos isn't listed anywhere on Amazon, so who knows?

What is the discount % on Prime Pre-Orders? 10% or more?

I'm still trying to nail down where I'm getting it from, got pre-orders at GS for dark edition, and a pre-order at TRU for regular.

I preorder all my games from Amazon and I've never once been notified on the order page that I'll be getting the preorder bonus. Usually it's just mentioned on the product page and then I get it when I get the delivery. If you're extremely worried, take a screen capture of the product page where it says you'll get it for preordering, that way if you don't get it you can email/chat with an Amazon representative and let them know you didn't get it. Odds are they will send it.

Last month there was a SNAFU with Destiny preorders, Amazon had listed a digital item and then said they never promised people would get it. People showed them that they in fact did have it on the product page and as a result, everyone got it. I would be very surprised if Amazon didn't send out Kaos and then refused to give him to people.

Well, I would consider that, but the thing is, it doesn't say I'm getting Kaos. When I view my order, it doesn't bring him up anywhere. Or maybe it does and I'm just not looking in the right places... I don't know.

Oh... Well uh... Never mind then.

For me it just says shipped on the 15th and delivery on 18th. Now my only question is... why would I pre-order something to come four days after release? I heard that someone in Germany already has it, so that means amazon already got the Starter Packs. I don't understand why they wouldn't ship it so it's being delivered in time.

Amazon Prime costs $100, it's completely not worth it to buy it just to get Kaos.

I think Prime has to be active at the time of shipping for you to get the 20% discount and free release day delivery. It might not work out for Pokémon, so keep an eye on it.
