Woah, woah, woah guys...seems a bit harsh. Love him or hate him Skydad has the most highest subscriber base of any Skylander channel out there (by a huge margin). He's part of this franchises success. Plus the guy makes vids. with his kids...parenting done right. He's corny but still fun to watch. Why so much hate?

On the topic of beards, Chain Reaction doesn't use beard spray. he uses chainsaw oil, like a boss.

He doesn't parent right.
Recording his kids mid-tantrum so it can embarrass them when they're older, letting them do whatever they want, make messes, etc on film, no less.
If they went to Prankster's paradise, they'd INSTANTLY turn into donkeys.
If they were within a mile of a Krampus on Christmas, they'd be his first course meal.
In short, they are some of the least disciplined kids I have ever seen

so buckshot is a goat. well i can see this animal connected to some froms of magic (most of them are probobly bad ones but mabey there are good ones).
mabey he is in some way based on baphomet.

While I'm not a fan of the skykids, what really was low of the skydad was that he sent his subscribers after an Instagram admin over a mistake. And not to mention, he doesn't take criticism professionally.

I dont mind skydad but the kids are just annoying

^ I'm pretty sure it does from what I remember doing. Make sure the portal censor is really close to the 3ds censor though. I remember sometimes if the connection between the 2 was weak the crystal wouldn't reset.

Will it work with Giants 3DS?

I actually tried SG 3DS first when my sister's Trap began to not work, but it didn't recognize the figure on the Portal...or give the prompt to reset. No SG won't work...at least for me.

I would personally say it's 11 (calendar) days until NA release, and 9 (calendar) days until Europe release.

For Aus/NZ, it's 8 or 7 (calendar) days, depending on time zone, as some are still in the 5th, while others have moved on to the 6th.

But it doesn't really matter either way.

Fingers crossed that the guy that went to the US gets the game at launch. No way to know until he comes back, and it seems the Acti guy was lying out of his ass about simultaneous release for Brazil because no listings, let alone preorders(I don't preorder, it just means I could probably take a peek by next week at the store) appeared.

I really don't need anymore news about the game unless it's about crystals now being able to be reset now, i don't want any spoilers, i don't care about the youtube personalities.
All I want right now is to preorder the crystals and the air strike adventure pack.

A guy in a store said that they'll get a release date around 3 months before the release.

Also, they said that the game will release in 2016 here, but not simultaneously with other countries.

I've no idea, if I must try to make a list like SF - 8 classes, 8 elements - or if I could make it like the other two years: only one new per element and the other classes later for a cheaper price.

So Crap Master gates again...ughhh. What is it with TFB games and pay wall gates? It can't just be Activision. Swap Force did have Swap Zones but Super Chargers only needed one vehicle of each type (3 total, only needing 2 after starter) and one Super Charger to open all areas. Trap Team needed a Trap Master of each Element (10 total) and now it seems this is back in the form of Elemental Sensei Gates (another 10 purchases required for all areas).

There are the Shrines, but you only need them for the Sensei's weapon and sky-chi, no point if you don't already have them.

They're less like Trap Master Gates and more like... entire levels locked behind a single toy. Make of that what you will.

Actually do you even need a Sensei of that element to unlock the level, or can it be unlocked with any Skylander?

Well, even if each Shrine unlocks all the three or four weapons for its Senseis it's still a very minor paywall and basically irrelevant if you don't already own a Skylander from that Class.

Realms are the best paywall they could ever think about: only one Sensei per Element required and at least three characters to choose from, except from Light and Dark.
It's basically like having 10 extra Adventure Packs, from what I understood.

I dont think anything happened though. Embargoes are usually lifted by 10am Est and its almost 3... It might have been a misunderstanding from yesterday's reveal

From what I understand somebody on Skype heard from another somebody on Skype about an embargo, so... I don't think it's 100% reliable.

It just occured to me that Crash Bandicoot and Cortex basically unlock three levels between them if you haven't already purchased any Life or Tech Senseis.

Too bad one of the other adventure packs also has a Life Sensei. Personally I'd recommend just buying the other two adventure packs used if you're trying to save money, that way you don't have to double dip on Life Senseis and can get whatever Air sensei you want.

I'm really interested in seeing how Enchanted Elven Forest might be like. We never had an elf focused level before, despite them being a mainstay since the very first game. Just Drow and obv they're enemies.

Not that we have seen. The only parts-related thing we know for certain is accessible outside of the creator, is opening Imaginite chests in the Imaginite Vault (can't remember if that was renamed or not), which can be accessed directly from the pause menu.

We didn't have time to confirm Hex before he was told to simmer down though :c

Yes they did.

Ok then... So, I wouldn't hold out hope on Sonic Boom showing up. She's SUPER obscure! I don't even know if it'll be a different one each time. We've seen Spyro show up in two separate levels. Now, granted, one of those level is a homage to a classic PS1 mascot so maybe they made an exception to the rule. Who knows!
