Best quote from a character designer ever. I bet that was the most used phrase while creating Hex.

"Edging up" is a thing in character design. You can't have a fighting character too adorable or no one takes them seriously, which is why her archetype of "innocent girl with giant weapon" is usually hit or miss (think Ruby from RWBY during the first season - she wasn't well recieved because her fighting scenes looked like an entirely different character, though thankfully this was fixed later on). Though of course, some bad designers take the word TOO seriously and make them gritty and the internet definition of edgy, when edging up is about taking out negative space or giving them more of a well-rounded look, like more muscle or agile-looking proportions.

Don't know if anybody cares, but starting tomorrow, I'm not going to come onto the forums until after the game comes out. I feel like I've already spoiled myself of this game enough, and I want to take my mind off of it for the next two weeks so I can enjoy it even more when Day One comes around, if that makes sense to anyone. Just thought I'd let people know that if I'm suddenly not on, it's not because I'm dead or anything.

Well, it seems like some of the more less active people are already doing that. I'll hold off until the week before or the next street date break because I trust ShadowStorm with the lack of story spoilers, though if I see a hint of the game dropping by youtuber houses don't expect me to do the daily research anymore.(see Today videos on youtube, google, etc)

Did I- oh wow. How did I mess that up.

Anyway, I'm mainly satisfied for the most part, but I really want to know all the characters gameplay, so I can fully decide on my favorites list. I can't even decide if Boom Bloom is my favorite, Wild Storm? Starcast? Mysticat? No clue yet. But I really only need to see Boom and Wild, then I'm good. I'm mostly satisfied after the poster leak, just a few small things I would like, such as just Artworks for all the characters and a few gameplays, but that's it.
