Yroc's Mysticat video confirmed that you cannot buy both paths. (Unless it's unlocked once you're a max level Portal Master, like in SSC.) Mysticat's top path had been bought, so the bottom path was locked.

Except the guy got the game early from a friend who worked at a Canadian Gamestop. By his own choice, he started posting images of the starter evos and gym battles on Instagram, then when Nintendo found out, they tracked down the same Gamestop. The guy returned his early copy of the game to save his friend's job (whether it worked or not is unknown), then he blamed Nintendo afterwards.

Again, no need to reveal why is M.A.P. with X feature or why we have one to begin with. Just "the overworld is really big", or "there's tons of stuff to do", "side activities are fun", or other vague sentences, maybe? With crystals being unresettable no matter what we say, the next worry really is game length.

As long as it's huge like you say, I'm fine with leaving it at that! I never thought a Skylanders game would get such a big open world! Anything else that's notable but doesn't reveal plot details?

Unless there is some clause in their labor laws that makes doing so illegal, you can bet that dude has already been canned. The shop itself is probably doing serious damage control to limit the fine that Activision will be imposing on it for breaking street date.

So since this is Imaginators and everything is about being creative and building unique things. I'm guessing this M.A.P. is an open world that is user generated.
