Do you think we could get another Amazon bundle, but with Senseis instead of villains? If so, who do you think would be in it, and who do you think the special timed exclusive would be?

I think we'd get one with Chopscotch, Starcast, Ambush, Barbella and Chain Reaction as the timed exclusive.

Dunno, that'd make the "exclusive" figure a Bazooker just like the villain one. I would think they'd do something else for variety. Also, that's 6 figures, not 5.

The villain pack has a Wave 3 exclusive, plus even without Prime is five dollars off the cost. You know TRU and other places will have them on sale. TRU will almost certainly have them for B1G1 40% off - they always do.

Yep, 4 Girls pack is not reachable right now. At the time I ordered 8 PK was $99 and 4 Girls pack was $49. And I have Amazon Prime which gives ~20% discount on top of that.
BTW they removed 8PK from search results by keyword "Skylanders Imaginators" but the link is still working.

I can confirm, they're not offering a Prime discount.

I'll keep checking back every few hours. Since the villain bundle is $5 off, I'd expect this one to offer AT LEAST that, with the Prime 20% preorder discount to boot.

Interesting, but I'll pass. I went ahead and bought the Villain 5 pack because of Chompy Mage. These packs however don't really motivate me to buy them, since there's no exclusive Sensei. I'll just buy those Skylanders in person when the game releases.

Preordered both but didn't give me the 20% on either.
I plan on cancelling the girl power one though.
But it looks like this will make my cancel my order with Toysrus for the Legendary Tri-Tip since I don't need two of him as well as the Chopscotch I ordered with him.

It's a girls 4 pack, not 5 pack. Bad Juju and Tidepool are also not included.

Golden Queen isn't included either, guess she's not a girl either.

But look at it this way:
This pack has all the female characters from Wave One and Wave Two. My guess to why they didn't have a fifth, timed-exclusive character was because there are no female Skylanders in Wave 3. There is Bad Juju, but she's not a Skylander, and it really looks as if they were aiming for an all Skylander bundle. Why didn't they just include Mysticat, so that it's equal to the villain bundle and has ALL the female Skylanders?

My guess is because Mysticat is male after all.

so amazon is pretty much offering all of wave 1 and 2 on day one correct? with the "exceptions" crystals as of now.

Personally, I'm not interested in either bundle. It's only Wave 1 and 2 characters, which wouldn't be bad if Wave 2 wasn't released so closely after the first one.

Considering Hood Sickle's backstory, the villain status is the one that's questionable. Maybe becoming Skylanders is their apology for arresting someone for jumpscares.

Speaking about deal for 8PK:
TRU deal = B1G1 40% off = 4 * (15 + 15 * 0.6) = 4 * 24 = 96
Amazon deal with Prime = 110 * 0.8 = 88

Yeah, right. Amazon has a terrible deal. TRU has it much better.

P.S. I'm surpized that the price for single figure at TRU is not 15.99 as they usually did previously.

Yeah... Toys R Us sells the $14.99 MSRP SuperChargers vehicles for $16.99. They currently have the drivers "on sale" for the $11.99 MSRP. 9_9

I am worried about not getting all the imaginite crystals. Does the one that comes in the mysticat pack also come in a single or triple. If not, I would be forced to buy again to get that specific one. How about the one that comes with Wolfgang?

Not sure... however, I am probably going to take my unopened Amazon Wolfgang and Mysticat figures to Target or Wal-Mart to exchange for the crystal bundles.

It's odd, because the Magic Crystal packaging shows a different one entirely for the single. Chances are the Gamescon wall is the more reliable option but keep that in mind.

But i wouldn't be surprised if the wave 1 single is different then the wave 1 triple pack too.
But I don't want to say anything is final until we see them on store shelves I guess. Still for all I know they could be random in every package.

Glad I don't have to pay Tax either.
Now I HOPE someone Amazon, Walmart, Toysrus, Bestbuy, Target or Gamestop will put up Air Strike and the Crystals tomorrow so everyone who wants here in the US can finally have everything preordered and start playing the waiting game.
Would also be nice to know if Target is having a Nitro character soon or not.
