Visited the Calgary TRU event, and it was indeed a demo of the first level, so no access to the hub, unfortunately. They had Ambush and Chopscotch to play with, as well as two creation crystals (light and tech), and their boxes were also displayed, so I am guessing these two crystals will be available for sale at launch. I was impressed with the graphics, and it looks like a pretty game.

Asked lots of questions (like what happens with the vehicles, traps, old characters, possible heroics and quests, etc), but the Playstation rep wasn't able to answer much about the game, except for how the crystals and senseis work. I even asked how much the crystals were going to cost, but he didn't know that either, sadly.

So the graphics look as good as in SC?

Oh ya, the guy did confirm that the creation crystals are not resettable--for battle class. He said that once the battle class has been selected and confirmed, that cannot be changed; however, you can still change the look of your character. Basically this means if you go to EBGames and buy a used one down the road, you won't be able to undo the class saved to the crystal, but you will be able to customize its appearance and weaponry.

Could actually be a fun game... But a used creation crystal and see what you get

Guys,you do know that you SHOULD be able to fully reset it.Meaning,you SHOULD be able to reset the battle class,but also reseting the coins and level.

Should unfortunately isn't would. Seems like we're forced to keep money, upgrades and level to the bitter end.

hopefully that will be the case...this whole unresettable crystal issue could just be a case of poorly worded info. I mean at $10 each, it would be too restrictive not allowing us to do a full reset and result in fewer sales of the Creation Crystals outside those bundled in the starters, Adventure Packs & Combo Packs with Senseis....yeah, Activision is one of the greediest game companies but this would just plain be stupid

Paul Reiche's interview makes it pretty obvious Acti did the stupid. The way the talked in other articles as well makes it VERY transparent they're making up excuses for something they should've done, but it's obvious not on TFB(who'd probably make something that straight up had class and element locked) and rather Acti.

Mysticats First attack is a generic blast of energy from his staff
His second attack is sort of like (who am I kidding) almost exactly like
Deja vu's clone he creates an wispy clone of himself that moves around though sadly I was not able to play with him for long
