Any idea on the size yet?

Nope, we only saw tiny glimpses during these Meet the Skylanders trailers.

So far it looks huge. We've seen a desert area with the entrance to Wumpa Islands, an Ice Area behind a Dragon's Peak statue, and I think a village or two. It won't be Skyrim or BotW levels of big of course, but it definitely looks somewhat sizable.

Also why I compared it to Grunty's Lair rather than Isle o' Hags. The latter is a level on itself, but the former was still pretty fun to traverse.

With all the stuff the M.A.P seems to offer, this may be the most expansive game yet. Maybe I'll take it slow this time and do 1 or two levels a day while I explore the M.A.P in between. I love slacking off to explore the world in open-world games

I was watching the VFX video for Chopscotch footage, and not only the guy cut parts of her showcase, he put in Air Strike. In case you guys want a clearer look at him. There's just one new attack where he smashes the ground with an air current.

Ah yes, the good old "put a video of you playing over a b-roll because surely no one'll be fooled by the same Crash footage everyone uses". There's a look at the figures on the table though, fade out before the core triple pack is shown.

Skylanders imaginators is very good

As much as I want this game to be the best, don't call victory before it's out. We had way way way way way way too many examples this year of hyped to death, and not just with videogames.

We usually discuss the release dates of future waves. It gets really hyped up around wave 3, especially.

Skyrim extension and landscapes were so magnificient, that even if SI was only a quarter of it's size it would still be a great open world.

This is one of the points of SI which keeps more intrigued.

Those cheeky little scrubs made separate videos for each Meet the Skylanders clips. This Wolfgang clip is in a seperate playlist than the one that contains all the rest of the characters... IT'S LEAK PROOF!!

Slightly off topic, my prediction was wrong. We did NOT get Aurora and Mysticat today and I am sad! But hey, at least my Academy announcement is coming earlier than I thought it would

I'm cursing because that's exactly what I'm going to call a team with zero care for marketing. I'm not going to throw around curse words because I'm an edgy teenager that just discovered how funny it is to say the bad words, which is why I said that to begin with.

Seems like we'll get a Wednesday news day again. And it feels like I'll have to stick with Starcast only, don't want to risk my savings and get Chopscotch if I'm not 100% sold on her. Having a hard enough time selling Knight Mare since her gameplay didn't stick as much as I love the design :c

I really hope we get Chain Reaction gameplay soon, they could've revealed him AND made a random pirate imaginator. Don't they know that it would have an even bigger impact with the masses if they reveal a sensei WITH an Imaginator? Then again they started doing this in the Meet the Skylander trailers, I really like how that's executed. It's not like Trap Team where they spent too much time on Chill Bill in every trailer with about 10 seconds of Skylanders; this time they improved it by showing a Sensei and an Imaginator fighting together so you can see how both the Sensei and their class as a whole will be like.

Website updates aren't from them though. I noticed this year there are a lot more days where I'm on certain classes struggling through the bad internet to see videos than at home or at a chill class that's at a room with good signal.

releasing the tv series within the game release month should really help boost the franchise.

Hopefully the creator app will be properly announced soon too.

I really feel like the franchise is at its best when they flood us with diverse ways to experience the franchise.

I don't really get why so late in the month though. Eric implied that the first season finished production months ago, he's almost done with season two's script and animation on it has also started.
But that's for another thread section. My kingdom for Mysticat gameplay ;-; I really need to decide ASAP if I want Starcast or the Mysticat Double Pack, money is tight.

Ive got a question. Is it possible that the M.A.P. could have a free roaming camera instead of one in a locked position? Itd make the most sense to me to allow us to move the camera freely. (Which could make some really nice selfies)
