I don't mind the names really. I'm excited for the legendary Tri-Tip, but I can only imagine him in the classic navy and gold for his variant.

All right, I've made a decision regarding my buying plan:

But that would technically blow up the whole "11 villains" thing, unless they played it smart and hinted at him in his backstory.
If his face remain the same... Then it's far from being him.

Except for Chain Reaction (I don't know about his gameplay, but he definitely seemed to be made out of chains or wires somehow), I really like the other names.
Buckshot doesn't feel too magical, but it's not a big deal.
Tidepool sounds perfect for a cool Water girl, and it's a nice nod to the merch with the mouth.
Ro-Bow is... Perfection.

It's also nice to have a final confirmation for Blaster-Tron.
Small detail, but apparently Flare Wolf is written like this: all the other names are written correctly, so I guess they got it right as well.

Well, we now have material to look for the artwork once the update happens.

Honestly, I think that Ro-Bow is the greatest Skylander name of all time.

I also wanna point out something that's been bugging me, the fact that the first 4 characters they showed turned out to also be the most boring. Every character they've show after Ambush and Ember has looked fantastic, but King Pen, Tri Tip, Ambush, and Ember ultimately ended up the worst of the entire roster.

Yeah... Also, this is in the OFFICIAL Toy R Us system. All of these figures look to be shipped over to them by Activision. I don't see how they can make that colossal of an error... Maybe I'm getting overhyped about nothing but pieces are seeming to line up.

IIRC, the placeholder street date for most Skylanders once they're in the store's system is the wave 1 launch day. I've seen some wave 3 skylanders get shipped in a box with a tentative release date of the game's launch.

I actually don't count that list as one thing.
The list revealed multiple things, so it was really "multiple things at once"
List of things that happened:
1. Buckshot's name was confirmed, and through process of elimination (can't be swashbuckler, water Quickshot, or Tech Bowslinger) confirmed Magic Bowslinger
2. Tidepool confirmed as Water Quick shot
3. Chain Reaction confirmed as Tech Swashbuckler through process of elimination (can't be anything else really)
4. Ro-Bow confirmed Tech Bowslinger
5. Legendary Tri-Tip confirmed
6. Tree House Adventure Pack confirmed
7. Chopscotch 2-pack confirmed
8. I probs forgot at least one thing, so placeholder

As much as it truly sounds ludicrous as heck we'd get all of them on day 1, there are actually some hints it's possible.

1. They are ilkely to just want to get this game over with (Most unlikely)
2. They simply wanted a much wider selection and heard the many complaints in the years of releases (Also unlikely)
3. They are doing this to avoid the and yawn trap incident.
4. They are doing this to beat Lightseekers first (Not a good move)
5. Most of all then why would every character be in the system already? I can tell you through experience, time and common sense that the system never had all the names in it this soon. Of all the times I've heard that , and are not found in the system atm back then, this is most unusual and even suspicious.

Either way let's just keep the craze to a minimum and wait until we have further evidence for now.

Also bonus reason: To be fair the first game had over 20 of the 32 at the beginning. (Yes I know it was to test the waters kinda thing and there was no competition at that time, but you do need to document that as a fact nevertheless)

I'm not gonna get hyped for 2 reasons-

1. this just doesn't seem... right. Activision has never done this before. Most of these characters are either vaguely revealed or straight-up unannounced. Plus, this would take up MASSIVE amounts of shelf space! Having ALL 31 senseis on the shelves straight away would be really, really messy shelf-wise.

2. i'm only gonna have 145 bucks on day one so i can't go too crazy.
