Going on 9/14 for this year's Expo 2016. Last time I went was when TT came out, which I got to play.
I'm hoping that SI will be there this year. I'll try to get some photos (except screenshots of the game), maybe some of the figures or something.

"Visit the Activision booth to play the recently-revealed multiplayer mode of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. The game is scheduled for worldwide release on November 4th on PlayStation® 4 system, Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft, and PC. Playable stations of Destiny: Rise of Iron, releasing on September 20th, will also be featured in addition to a photo op with the Destiny Sparrow."

Maybe, Aura24, or maybe not. They were at E3. They probably don't mention it because they're focusing on COD:IW and the new Destiny. Just because it's not listed doesn't necessarily mean it won't be there.

well looking at the interactive map on the activision booth is shows COD destiny and SI

hum.... 40 bucks..... its tempting cause im only like an hour away.

Last year, they publicly listed SuperChargers as one of the games for Gamestop Expo 2015 with hands-on gameplay.

But Activision aren't doing the same with Imaginators this year.

Well, Aura24, hate to rain on your parade but I checked out Alphawolf's post and, on the interactive map of the expo, click on Activision. It lists COD: IW, Destiny: Rise of Iron and SI.
They don't list SI because they're banking on COD and Destiny. Nintendo and WB Games will get most of the kids because of whatever Nintendo's offering plus WB will probably have new Lego and LD games

Also if the NX is going to be revealed there like Master0fHyrule speculated, then Acti and WB are probably gonna be in for some tough competition...

Could also be 'meh kids will only be in for the shooty game', which was how Activision handled their Brasil Games Show 2014 presentation, kicking every game they'd usually present out for Destiny and COD.

It's at Anaheim Convention Center on 9/14 from 11 AM-6 PM, unless you get VIP which gives early entrance at 9:30 AM (which I did).
You can purchase them online from GameStop or from the Expo website

Not really, AdamGregory. Last time I went there was hardly a line at all. Most of the attendees are adults and young adults, since it's on a school day

Well, then that might be it. They think no one's going to be interested in SI because kids game so they don't talk about it and just use it for press stuff most likely.

Well, you know how it goes when a user here goes to a con. If the people there allow to take a peek at stuff we don't know, or use older Skylanders, do say if you find anything interesting.

Does anyone think we'll see anything new? I kinda doubt it, but who knows, maybe we'll see some actual gameplay of Starcast since basically no one at Gamescom got footage of him

Well, it's in two weeks, we'll see something in the event or out of it most likely.

If it's there, I might be able to get images of what figures will be there but gameplay.....I doubt it.

Small bump for a small request. Insane01, if you do get to play, and it's the village level we've been seeing in recent footage, could you try to check the Sorcerer Shrine that'll be near a chain? it'll appear while you descend it; seems like to reach it you have to jump out of a rising plataform before it gets away from the ledge.
If the website doesn't update it's a quick way for us to verify that Pit Boss is indeed a Sorcerer; the Shrines show the avaliable Senseis when you walk near them.

Small request:

Can you bring some old figures to see how they work? You know, a Core Skylander, a LightCore, a Giant, a Swap Force, a Trap Master, a SuperCharger, a Vehicle and maybe a Trap. Any Magic Item, Location Piece or Trophy would also be appreciated.

But I'll understand if you can't.

Played Mushroom area. Check everything because there's hidden rooms that has a selfie area with a painting of Kaos. There's another room that has the new mini game that is Skystones Overdrive successor. You can't play it right away, but you can come back to it later. And Pit Boss is a Sorceror

Wait, did you get to play as Pit Boss, or was he just on display?

PIT BOSS?! WHERE?

We've seen a stand that has most of the Senseis we've already known. No sign of Pit Boss being playable, unless Insane saw a Sorcerer Shrine or a Soul Gem.

Was Air Strike, Barbella, and Tae Kwon Crow playable?

Chill out, dude. We got tons of stuff regardless of the expo. No need to be ungrateful. It wasn't even that big of an event to begin with

Here are somethings I can (or can't) confirm from what I got from the Expo:

Can
Chopscotch's hopscotch attack (seen on FGTV) and Golden Queen's Giant form attack are their Soul Gem attacks.
Traps work the same as they did SC.
Pit Boss, as mentioned in another thread, is Sorceror class. I asked one of the Activision reps there.
The figures seem pretty sturdy, but not quite guaranteed. They stood well with all the handling they got.
The multi-eyed brain brawler doomlander is freaking tough, but Imaginators are strong in that area. He does lots of damage USE A RANGED IMAGINATOR LIKE A QUICKSHOT, BOWSLINGER, NINJA, ETC. otherwise your characters will bite the dust quickly.[/b
Bummed they didn't have Jet-Vac's level with the vultures. It was Mushroom Hollow or Thumpa Whumpa Islands.
If you do the Chili Pepper Run and get all 50 crates (good luck), you get Cortex's Soul Gem
