First off, I want to explain that I know there's posts similar to this, but I've seen nothing exact to this, which is why I'm making my own. Anyway, who would you have picked as the ten playable villains in Imaginators? It doesn't matter if those villains were picked before, if the villains were exclusive to "adventure packs", spinn-off / handheld games, or even Crash or Spyro games. Whatever villains you wanted to see, who did you want to see?

Well, over here?

Life- Broccoli Guy. Mainly so they could have the same VA come back and finish off the great job he did the first time.

Water- Chill Bill. I have no reasoning for this apart from wanting more trolls in the Skylanders' ranks.

Tech- Krankcase. I've been wanting a comeback for Spoder Dad since Superchargers was announced.

Fire- Pepper Jack. So many bad puns to make, so little time.

Air- Bad Juju. Dreamcatcher would be really cool, but there is no way she could hold a weapon without using her hair or something.

Earth- Tussle Sprout. Step 1: Tape a bazooka to his head that he shoots spores out of. Step 2: Add in a few kitten sneezes. Step 3: ??? Step 4: Profit.

Magic- Mesmerelda. I have no idea what class she'd be, but she'd ace it no matter what.

Undead- Wolfgang. I really like music-based characters in, well, anything.

Dark- Nightshade. I just really liked this narcissistic, slightly cultlike follower of the Darkness too much.

Light- Luminous. Mainly because I can't have Mettaton.

@MekakuCityPKMN I agree, I want more trolls in here. Hence why I said I wanted Tech to be Chill Bill, Smoke Scream, and Bruiser together (all outside of machines), where pressing a button would change which of the three you control. I just think that would be really cool, especially to see the three interact. It's a shame none of them made it in as playables.

Life: The Collector (Bowslinger) No Life Villain really speaks to me, so I did this stretch and made her a Bowslinger. (She's the most relatable character in any Lander game so far)
Air: Dreamcatcher (Brawler) I love this floating head even tho she creeps me out.
Undead: Wolfgang (Smasher) Also fine, just more accurate Class please.
Magic: Mesmeralda (Swashbuckler) Could be a really unique character espacially as a Swashbuckler.
Tech: Dr. Krankcase (Quickshot) Fine with him.
Water: Chill Bill (Bazooker) Not the biggest Chill Bill fan, but better than Grave Clobber.
Fire: Chef Pepper Jack (Sentinel) Just took what was left.
Earth: Golden Queen (Sorcerer) Can't throw out my fave!
Light: Luminous (Knight) Nuff said.
Dark: Spellslamzer (Ninja) Change color scheme and everything's fine.

Sorcerer: Golden Queen (same as what we got, don't think anything would have fit her just as well, unlike other villains);
Smasher: Pain-Yatta (same as what we got, I think he works better than Chompy Mage overall);
Bowslinger: Nightshade (as much as I like Hood Sickle and he actually fits his new Element well I just couldn't say no to the possibility of a Dark Robin Hood-like thief archer with the same voice of Sly Cooper, at least in the italian version);
Knight: Luminous (when I think about Light he's the first character which comes to my mind, even before the Skylanders themselves, and he would have made a glorious paladin since he wasn't even truly evil to begin with);
Brawler: Chompy Mage (he still keeps his staff but can put it on his back and wear a second Chompy puppet to attack directly. It also makes sense because of his Mega Chompy form);
Swashbuckler: Wolfgang (he does work well as a Bowslinger, it's just that I think Nightshade works better. He keeps his harp but can break in in two and use the blades as daggers or swords of some sorts);
Bazooker: Chef Pepper Jack (uses a cannon connected to a backpack containing various types of ammo: peppers, hot sauce and even lava. Can still use his Trap Team abilities);
Sentinel: Gulper (if it weren't for Chompy Mage he would have been the Brawler. Wields a double-ended trident);
Ninja: Dreamcatcher (I really like Bad Juju, especially if she has kopeshes, but I would have loved to see her joining the cast. Uses her telechinetic abilities to throw bladed ribbons and manipulates air and wind to move fast);
Quickshot: Dr. Krankcase (same as we got, he's just perfect)

I won't lie, I basically stretched things a bit and made some re-arrangements because I wanted all of the official and unofficial Doom Raiders to fit in without changing their Elements but I'm happy with the results.

I would have just chosen the Doom Raiders (Trap Team line-up, not battlecast), and Painyatta. Don't particularly care who would have what class as long as they would be different from the sensei's in the same element.

@SkylandrPurists I wouldn't say she's a villain in the traditional sense, but she's a terrible person, and likely more evil than most of the villains in the series anyway. lol

I'd either keep the villains as the original Doom Raiders (+ Painyatta), or assemble a cast of wholly non Trap Team bad guys. I'm not great at this, but I'd have:

Fire - Fire Viper
Undead - Malefor

Magic- Pain-Yatta
Earth- Chomp Chest

Here's to hoping they bring back 10 more next year. I think there are so many villains that have a ton of potential as playable characters. Maybe Toys 4 Bob and Vicarious Visions had a draft and that is why some fan favorites didn't make it in this game.

I think they nailed Dr. Krankcase, the Golden Queen, Painyatta, and Wolfgang. I don't really see Nightshade as truly fitting in this game, so I actually think the switch for Hood Sickle works. The only other fit, in my mind, would be to move Tae Kwon Crow to dark. He is a dark purple and crows are pretty dark in general. I understand why they wanted both of them in. Hood Sickle looks amazing and should be a lot of fun and Tae Kwon Crow, on name alone, screams Sensei. He fits the idea of this game better than any other villain.

With that being said, I love the idea of Gulper as a sentinel and that would allow me to get my favorite villain back in the game, Chef Pepper Jack, as the Bazoooker.

Luminous might be the most obvious choice of any of the villains. He fits the element and the class perfectly. Blastertron fits really well too. Not! His name, his colors, his background. Come on Toys 4 Bob. I actually really like Blastertron but not as a knight and not as a light character. There were definitely a lot of head scratching choices for villain elements in Trap Team.

The only spot that I don't really have an opinion on is the air villain. Sure, I love Dreamcatcher, but I don't think she fits anywhere very well. Bad Juju stays because I cannot think of a better alternative.

- I really did like the idea of his arms being bazookas and his fists being shot at enemies. I like Grave Clobber, but to me he was just too slow to be an effective brawler. He is so slow, he might never actually land any punches.

Now that I think of it, a lot of you guys are right about Gulper. I never cared for him in Trap Team, but his figure would have been beautiful. Can you imagine a figure made almost entirely of that translucent plastic? It would be almost as cool as looking at an Enigma figure. Damn... now I'm disappointed they chose Grave Clobber instead.... who doesn't even have anything to do with water.

@Griswoldthunder You are right about Blaster Tron's element too, by the way. He was one I never quite understood why they choose him for that element. "Tron", dubstep, futuristic. Why isn't he Tech? xD

Wolfgang, Blaster Tron, Chompy Mage, Chef Pepper Jack and Painyatta are my only musts. I have zero preference on the rest.
