What it means is:
Panel 1, which is stating that Luminous would be the obvious choice for the Light Sensei. Howevever.....
Panel 2, depicts that Luminous would rather remain in Cloudcracker Prison, or he's too dangerous to be let go.
Panel 3, Blaster-Tron becomes the Light Sensei. The smaller image means that Luminous isn't returning and is accepting it

I just wish that people would drop the whole Luminous vs Blaster-Tron thing. I understand that some people are upset, but I doubt that any amount of complaining would make them ditch every Blaster-Tron figure they've manufactured and stored, create an entirely new mold of Luminous (which probably wouldn't see release until late in the game's life cycle), code in a new set of meshes, textures, animations, attacks, hire a VA to play Luminous, and get it all ready within the two months until the game's release, all to please a very vocal minority, instead of using a character that most players who played Trap Team are familiar with.

Who I mained: Luminous
What I expected: Hovering around with a star-crystal sword and zapping enemies with star-lasers, while refracting lasers into crystals and then smashing them with sword to create light blasts.
What I got: A pink robot.
