Has it been confirmed what exactly is being released on Day 1? I know that Wave 1 and Wave 2 can sometimes be released simultaneously.

Did someone say a while back flarewolf COULD be wave 2? was it luminous?

Pretty sure it was leaked that Flarewolf was Wave 3, along with Painyatta, Buckshot, and Chompy Mage.

Bad news is its released around x-mas
good news is we can get it FOR x-mas

The Cultura leak shows Wave 3 is Flarewolf,Buckshot, Chain Reaction, Bad Juju, Painyatta, Chompy Mage and I'm probably missing a few.

yeah, that stuff is wave 3.

wave 1- chopscotch, ambush, barbella, tae kwon crow, wolfgang, dr. krankcase, air strike (adventure pack), mysticat (combo pack)

wave 2- starcast, ember, tri-tip, aurora, hood sickle, mysticat (single pack)

wave 3- boom bloom, bad juju, pit boss, buckshot, chain reaction, flarewolf, pain-yatta (combo pack)

which means 2017 will have 7 figures left- chompy mage, blastertron, grave clobber, water quickshot, magic bowslinger, pain yatta (single), wildstorm

Isn't normal Chompy Mage also in the third wave?

My plan for day one is dark edition, crash edition, Wolfgang Double Pack, light crystal, earth crystal, magic crystal, and for the last crystal I'm not sure yet.

My plans for day one just keep changing and changing...

If I can get the Wave 2 stuff then my plan is:

Ember, Starcast, Gryphon Park Adventure Pack and Mysticat Combo Pack. Those 4 are top priority everything else comes next:

Aurora, Barbella, Chopscotch, Ambush, and the Water/Life/Air Triple Pack

And the last thing I want to buy is the regular starter. Unlike the last few years theres a bigger focus on the characters that I want so I want to get those asap.

Speaking of which, iirc we were able to preorder figures last year through Amazon at least (I remember getting Sea Shadow delivered at launch) but does anyone know at what time those go up? Im guessing probably late September to early October right?

Okay, let's discuss. How many Creation Crystals do you think there are gonna be. I'll say 3-5 per element.

i say 1 for each mold so far we have like 5 or 6 molds by now

Hm, Trap Team had 6 Traps per element, which was, excluding Series 2/3/4 characters, the number of characters per element (2 Trap Masters + 2 Cores + 2 Minis). The rule doesn't work for Light and Dark tough.

So I might say 3 per element, based on the number of figures per element.

I am actually so surprised Pain-Yatta was in wave 3. When is it coming out?

Did anyone else think that Chompy-Mage would either be in an early wave like Wave One or a late one like Wave Four?

Early wave, similar to Golden Queen, Krankcase, and Wolfgang (all in da same wave what)

i think we'll get 4 different CC's for each element, to match the number of imaginator elemental powers.

We already know theres 3 different crystal for undead in the first couple of waves so i think we'll get another in wave 4 or 5 to make 4 different CC's for undead.

They might make less for light and dark elements though (just coz they do that) so there might be more crystas of other elements to compensate.

I remember there was a listing of the characters said to be Wave 3 but I still don't know why it confirms them to be that, I don't remember it saying Wave 3 anywhere on the page.

And I don't remember anything that showed us Wave 2. Can someone give me the link?

Well, we can guess considering that Santa Chompy Mage is in the wave too.

I am thinking they will be pushing the waves out faster to try and cash in for Christmas and not lose sales as interest decreases in the new year.

I hope that doesn't cause the paint apps to get even worse. They were already really sloppy in Superchargers.

Worst paint application i've ever seen across all of the same figure was Bat Spin; they couldnt get her eyes painted right, her nose painted at all, and parts of her face were different shades of blue.

Let's hope SI has the best paint application of the series and that we dont have to imagine that our figures dont look sloppily painted.
