I decided to create a checklist of characters by Element and Battle Class, so we can keep track of how many characters of each element/class we have left and how many we already know. Since we don't know a exact number of figures, for now I will consider that the game will have 32 characters, with the 11th Villain and Crash Bandicoot being extra ones. Characters in italic are non-confirmed ones. characters with "???" are ones without name. If we don't know the Element or Battle Class, the character will not be listed.

There's also a extra list that shows you how to have all of the Elements and Battle Classes with a minimum amount of Skylanders (10).

I feel like this hasnt been answered and will probably start a debate but do we know if we're getting 31, 30, or 32 total characters? I tried doing this exact thing before but I got tripped up there trying to fit the remaining elements into a Battle Class.

I was really mostly stuck on the Bazooker class, seeing as we know literally nothing about it, and I couldnt decide if the villain was Water or Life so then the other two could be Fire, Undead, or Tech

We don't know for now. I'm assuming 32 for the list but don't believe in it for now.

Pretty sure we will be getting 31

I really hope they don't mess up Light and Dark, but they are rare after all, but I feel like only getting one new character is pathetic.

Confirmed Classes

Starcast: Ninja
Flarewolf: Bazooker

Also, the other knight is basically confirmed at this point to be Wild Storm. Heres why

1. Mysticat ended up being a Skylander.
2. Air Strike is not Wild Storm.
3. His arm guards he unlocks resemble the Air Knight's in the trailers, therefore making him Wild Storm.

It's better to just wait official confirmation, just for sure.

Starcast is a Ninja though, no matter what, and do you see the huge Bazooka Flarewolf has?

Unless your talking about Wild Storm.

Booth. I know, there's the stars and the bazooka (that I didn't saw), but I prefer to wait for things to be more clear to make sure.

Or maybe not, I will add it. If it's wrong I change it.

I added a list that shows how you can have all Elements and Battle Classes with just 10 characters. It's not complete but it's a start.

Thanks for this post, Crash10. I'll keep checking it for updates. I'm drafting some plans to match battle classes to elements so I get one of each, and I want to avoid too many repeats of the element/battle classes matches they have. Here's some ideas:

• Earth Smasher. I know, not original, but I want to make a troll with an axe.
  
• Water Knight. I'm picturing an Inuit.
  
• Dark Ninja. Some kinda evil-looking elf.
  
• Magic Bazooker. Gandalf's mischevious brother who still gets in trouble for lighting fire works.
  
• Fire Quickshot. Wild west. on fire.
  
• Tech Sorcerer. Arcane bionic humanoid.
  
• Air Brawler. I'll call him "Thunderpunch."
  
• Life Sentinel. A monkey whipping enemies with a stick.
  
• Undead Swashbuckler. A creepy voodoo guy with a scimitar. Must have skull tied to belt.
  
• Light Bowslinger. Angelic archer.
  

For your "Completing with 10", this might be one option (even if it excludes King Pen and Golden Queen):

Either you've been super behind... orrr I don't know, but hes been confirmed for a while.

I am very behind, I only started this account a few days ago and haven't looked at most Imaginators news that wasn't posted in the News Thread or by dark52 (which seems to be a lot), and might not of even payed much attention to those reveals.

Anyway, heres my revamp. Haven't changed much, though:

6 - Life - Chompy Mage - Sorcerer (??? If he wasn't, he wouldn't be a mage anymore, so I can't think of anything other than two Sorcerer Villains. Maybe there will be three Knight/Brawler Senseis instead)
7 - Magic - Painyatta - Smasher
8 - Air - Threatpack - Bazooker
8.5 - Kaos - Sheep Creep - Destroyer
9 - Light - Bad Juju - Swordmaster
10 - Water - Grave Clobber - Knight/Brawler

Tough Kaos was confirmed too, for the Kaos Element (see the latest news on home page).

Aurora was mentioned as a Light Bowslinger in another thread. (sorry, don't remember which.)

Aurora is a Swashbuckler as seen from the old game demo.

Time to add the Kaos Klass

We will see if it's a Class or if Kaos can choose between multiple Classes.

The layout of the pack strongly suggests that the Battle Class is called Kaos.

His element is named Kaos, and his battle class is named Kaos, simple as that.

I hope this means there is a Kaos class imaginator choice otherwise giving him his own class would be pretty pointless

The Kaos battle class combines all the other battle classes, just like how the Kaos element combines all the other elements. It is the "all of the above" option, which is why it's its own separate battle class.

So I made my very own list and I can say that all we need is one more knight, quickshot, swashbuckler and two bazookers. Possibly one more brawler and sorcerer since Crash and Cortex shouldn't exclude one more from those classes.

This confirms Mysticat is in Sorcerer Class. Notice the symbol in bottom left hand corner.

Nope, only Pain-Yatta, cuttlefish lady, Flarewolf and Pit Boss waaay at the back and super blurry. Not on the pc to see it in best quality but it really doesn't look like there's more.

Additionally, King Pen also causes two interesting situations:
1. Since the only other Quickshot is in Water, there are no alternate options for Krankcase. This also means the other 2 Tech Senseis cannot get a spot.
2. Since Air Strike is a Brawler, both Light and Air only have a Swashbuckler and a Knight available. This means the last Knight, Ambush, cannot get a spot.

It ticks me off that Crash Bandicoot and Golden Queen are incompatible on the same line up, all because they made a fourth Sorcerer instead of a third Bazooker (Cortex would have fit better as Bazooker anyway), meaning Crash HAS to be paired with Flarewolf while Golden Queen HAS to be paired with Chompy Mage. We were so close, just one Bazooker away...

Golden Queen does work with Flarewolf. What makes her incompatible with Crash is that Flarewolf and Golden Queen together means the Sentinel has to be Hood Sickle, and then Boom Bloom has to be the Ninja.

You know how in SSF, there was 1 optimal lineup for having all 8 Elements and all 8 movement types.

There are a few more options this time around, due to there being more than 2 in most Classes/Elements.

If you go for a lineup with GQ and Flarewolf, that means no Barbella and no Ember (Element clash), thus the Sentinel has to be Hood Sickle. Since Dark and Fire are already set, TKC and Starcast are out, making Boom Bloom the only remaining Ninja. And since she's Life, Crash is out.

That would be because the original list was made quite a while ago, before we knew that all the new Senseis are called Masters. He just wrote "Master King-Pen", because that's what the Starter Pack said, and we had no indication that others had the same label.
