Do we have any gameplay for a Sentinel Imaginator yet?

I'm probably going to make all 6 main characters from the first dark cloud, that game was my childhood.

Yesterday: "I'm not ever touching a crystal"
Today: "Cool new molds I want more Imaginators gameplay"

yeah its kind of funny, it seemed like the hype just dissapeared yesterday and its back today

EDIT: is there any more news from today or yesterday? also in the video adam posted here earlier i saw the head of the tech bowslinger in the heads part so maybe you can unlock skylanders heads which is cool

alot of people are worried about not being able to reset crystals or getting ones with skylanders already on them
to avoid skylanders on crystals already you could get adventure packs or triple packs

also im actually more worried about bodiless ninjas and swashbucklers

It didn't work fo DI, so it won't work for this either.

I'm probably never going to create a Sentinel (The only Skylanders I want to make are a Fire Brawler, Earth Bazooker, and Light Knight), but I found their upgrades on the wiki, so I assumed someone found them in a video.

I'm still pissed off about the Crystals.

We found that in SS16,here. Gamescon seems to be Quickshots and Sorcerers though several people just plain got away with other classes and didn't record much if at all.

The Other Classes are allowed. I just dont think they are recordable yet.

I know gamescom is barely over, but do we know any other even they'll be at or do we just wait for the website update (if that's even happening)?

Yep, it seems like the news/hype period is over for Gamescom... That is unless something huge leaks or gets announced like the full HD poster

They are way too far into production to do that. Besides, if they did do this, they would have to delay the game by at least a few month, and every Imagination Crystal that they have produced would be worthless, thus making them lose a lot of money. Jeez, they probably have already produced almost all of the Imagination Crystals by now. There's no way this petition could even reach the ear of the producers... I apologize, but we can't get everything we want. If you dislike the Imagination Crystals, then don't get them, for god's sake! You're just throwing money to a concept that you dislike for a little flaw in the coding! Giving them more money will not support your cause, and I know you are going to get Imagination Crystals regardless whether or not this petition will succeed, which it will not. Fans are puppets, and big industries are ventriloquists. You just need to be optimistic and happy for what this game does have, okay?!

Also, no, the buyers are only puppets while they allow. While the issue that they just accept too much is real, the moment they put their foot down, it's very obvious that the game feels the impact.

Resetting Crystals will be a software change and should be a simple one at that. You're basically just overwriting the data on the Crystal's chip with whatever the data is when a Crystal is new. They'll already have this code written, because for demos etc, you don't want to have a stock of new Crystals for every demo. All they need to do is expose it in a menu, which again, I'm sure already exists, but has likely been hidden.

I think the only way to get the crystals changed is to go to a store and buy as many crystals as you can, change them all to one battle class, then return them. Then have other people do it with the same battle class until Activision realises they ****ed up and they'll make new batches of crystals that can be reset.

I mean, Imaginators isn't even for Wii this time around so I'm sure that a LOT more people have online gameplay. Plus, the game hasn't even officially gone gold so that might make the chance at this getting fixed is slightly higher now.

I doubt it needs to be a huge patch like some other AAA games out there; as Wes said, it's probably a hidden but existing function. Just have maybe a "Cleansing Station' or some similar physical location inside the game, instead of the crystals, that automatically resets them. That way you don't even have to recall anything.
Didn't Giants also have a similar thing as the emergency figure restore?
Here, it's an automatic reset for when the figure is broken.

It occurred to me since Cortex is a villain and we are only supposed to get 11 villains. Maybe light is getting 2 new characters instead of one new and one villain. It's unlikely, but not impossible.

The clearer poster picture unfortunately shows there are only 2 each for light and dark, the villain and the sensei. Cortex for some reason seems to count as a Skylander.

Odd question, couldn't really tell from the vids. The magic crystal is getting released as a single pack and a double with mysticat. That I could see is clear. But is Mysticat getting a single pack day one or just the double pack? Trying to plan my day one pick ups

He should get a single, but there wasn't one at gamescom. I guess it's Hurricane Jet-Vac all over again, if you want a character early, you need to buy the other thing as well.

Looks like he and Wolfgang might not be getting single packs until Wave 2, but I could be wrong.

Remember when you could only choose one path? I would research and make my decision after much thought. Some were way better, some had pros and cons, it was all part of the game.

I'm not disappointed that I can't re-set my class. Well just have to plan carefully. Making a decision that matters is part of what makes skylanders a great game.

You could reset even after choosing your upgrade path. Regretting cost you time, not 10 dollars.

I want to make decisions today but maybe in a few years replaying I won't like that gameplay anymore and want a different range or speed.

I was looking at the source codes for Ember, hoping that I'd find something that could help me find Aurora, Mysticat, Barbella etc. But then I found THIS! It shows sites for Imaginators ending with Enchanted, Legendary, Nitro & multiple Series. I never saw a site only for Legendarys or Nitros, but look what I get when I change Imaginators for Superchargers:

That might be just placeholder to keep the site from freaking out; that part of it is quite glitchy.

I don't think that means anything. We know the roster and it doesn't have reposes in it so maybe it's just a fluke

I kinda hope they don't do as many variants this year because, you know, they have a whole game to worry about and they shouldn't be wasting time making things they could definitely live without

its funny a few days ago we basically got 10 pieces of news but all of yesterday and half of today people were just complaining about crystals and stuff
