Uhh... it just shows the powers as available to purchase. The locked one is probably an upgrade to the previous power of the same path.

Once you buy a power in on path, you'll most likely be locked in to that path.

Looking at a bigger version of the image, granted, it's quality is worse, I can tell that the Magic villain is indeed Pain-yatta while Air's seems to be Bad Juju.

Pain-yatta has his lollipop still.

It's done. Blaster-Tron's a Knight, Magic & Tech have Bowslingers, Chompy Mage can only be a Brawler and Pit Boss could be a Bazooker I guess.

I gave a look at the image on my phone with a zoom. Can't see nothing. Pretty blurry.
