SUCH awesome news! But I'm slightly disappointed at the figure quality, their painting seems really minimal and plain. Aurora looks a little different then her picture, I'm not sure I like it her too much anymore. But Mysticat!!! OH MY GOSH he looks so sweet! Four legs!!!!

Checking the Sensei Shrine at Mushroom River shows the avaliable Ninja senseis, and she appeared as well.

Well, I can confirm Yroc showed Magic Imaginator footage (but only hovered over the 2 unlocked powers, not the level 2-4 powers).

Trick Teleport: Press Attack 2 to teleport dash.

Gamespot have Dark Imaginator footage, they briefly hovered over the 3rd elemental power, but not the last one.

UPDATE: i just watched a perimeskylanders video and apparently cortex is a 4th tech character (like crash is a 4th life) and is a bonus villain so good news we are still getting a light villain meaning we could possibly get luminous!

Since everyone seems to be doing these, here are my opinions!

Starcast - I didn't think I could love this guy even more, BUT I DO! His voice is just perfect, his figure is gorgeous and he seems to be very powerful and fun to play as. Also adore the cutscene with the Ninja shrine.

Barbella - Love her. Her being made out of crystals changes everything and I may finally get another crystal based Earth character. She could be one of the uniquest characters this year.

Aurora - Certainly not what I expected and slightly disappointed, but I still like her. I also think her actual figure looks much better than the CGI model.

Mysticat - When I first saw him I was like: "WHAT ABOMINATION IS THAT?!?!" He's still very strange, but he could have very unique gameplay and after all, he's a cat. (My biggest question is who had this idea)

Air Strike - Still not buying, I prefer Wild Storm & Bad Juju and I can live without one chapter. (Watch the next AP characters TFB!) But I have to say that the hawk is a pleasent surprise and he actually looks kinda cool. And with that, Tri-Tip is once again the worst character!

So, did I lost anything?

You mean like how Bowser and DK were "3rd fire" and "3rd life" characters but STILL took the spots of Light and Dark reposes on the 20 character roster?

Besides, i'm pretty sure that Cortex doesn't necessarily count as a villain, cause Bowser didn't, otherwise, Bowser wouldn't have made the cut at all (cause Superchargers didn't have any villains on its roster)

Hence, Crash and Cortex would take the places of the second "new" senseis of Light and Dark, and neither would be NECESSARILY down a reformed villain, but rather be down a second "Gold belt"
Cortex isn't exactly "reformed", anyhow. He's still an EVIL genius. It just happens to be in his best interests to prevent Wumpa Island from being destroyed. So he's a hero for now. Just like in that one Crash game where he teams up with Crash. A common goal forces them to work together.
the scenario is reminescent of:

Essentially, you can't achieve world domination if the world you want to dominate is destroyed, or taken over by someone far more powerful than yourself, such as Kaos, in the meantime.
As it turns out, they can and very well might shaft 2 battle classes in favor of 2 other ones (we could have 4 sorcerors and/or 4 brawlers because each battle class only gets one Secret Techique from adding a Sensei of the same class to their collection, the two that AREN'T obtained by defeating the corresponding Doomlander are obtained by reaching level 2 and 4 respectively.
In other words, all Sorceror Senseis unlock the same skill, so it doesn't matter how many there are of each battle class.
And we've already seen that Guest Stars can count toward the overall roster without counting toward their element's roster, and can shaft another element.
Not to mention the poster that seemingly showed:

The first blurry picture of it was a lot less clear, and in shadow, and the edits Bifrost (I think) made to it made the distribution a lot more obvious, but the original pic was devoid of color. And was little more than rows of smudges.
that's 30 characters, an uneven roster.
Kaos would be number 31.
I'd wager the top 2 rows are Life and Tech, the bottom 2 have to be some combo of Light, Dark, Air, and perhaps Magic, because they are the only elements without 3+ confirmed people.

We no longer have any evidence that confirms Crash and Cortex are not a part of the 31 total, just that they aren't part of the 3 per element.
Much as Bowser and DK weren't part of the 2 per element, but were a part of the 20 total.
As much as i'd LIKE there to be 33 characters, I don't believe that is an uncontested fact. And I feel like those that do will merely be all the more livid if they are proven wrong, wheras i'd be pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong.
Don't forget, Bowser and DK had less reason to be counted toward the total than Crash and Cortex do, yet they were counted towards the total.
The reasons everyone believed bowser and DK WOULDNT be counted DO NOT EVEN APPLY TO CRASH AND CORTEX, so I feel that its a reasonable possibility.
Besides, there was the same confusion between different news sources back in superchargers as to whether or not Bowser and DK counted.
I believe that it may have been either due to a misunderstanding (they do count as "skylanders", but NOT as "a Life Skylander" or "a Fire/Tech Skylander"), or simply assuming, as we do, that they don't count because guest stars.

Weird, Myskylanders' videos aren't showing up early in the search. Either way Starcast gameplay with his voice.

We already have two Dark characters confirmed, so that pretty much debunks that notion this time around.

We have no info, it just appears commonly as locked parts of the game. Soul Gems, voice/music parts,etc.

Dunno if it needs that love, considering people are already upset that Crash dared to get a level in Skylanders despite having his own remasters coming next year.

Okay, guys, so I might have just figured out which Senseis will be in Battle Classes. The way I arranged each class is that I put one Sensei from each element in one column, and arranged them in their respective classes. Then, using the other half of the Sensei roster, I arranged them in the remaining slots.

Earth: Tri-Tip, Barbella, Golden Queen
Water: King Pen, Quickshot Girl, Grave Clobber
Fire: Ember, Flarewolf, Tae Kwon Crow
