IIRC, somebody was able to find a few new characters last year by messing with the urls. If someone here can do something like that, we could find a few new characters.

Still no pre-order bonus for Kaos in my country
I'm worried that my stores won't have the PS3 Crash Edition for some stupid reason, so I'm gonna pre-order it when we get Kaos, even tho GQ could end up looking like trash.

I've realized, Bad Juju can't be the Air villain, otherwise the Air element would be made up of all melee Senseis. That means Bad Juju is probably going to be Magic.

I think I can confidently say that Pain-Yatta will be in this, because he just fits Smasher so well and he's really popular. But I don't think that he'll be Magic, because I certain that's the element Bad Juju is going to be pushed to.

Could be. Try other Skylanders like Painyatta.

I think someone also mentioned Luminous and Legendary Luminous, so they might be there.

It also appears based on the CoinOPTV Video you can't switch battle classes, in case there was any doubt.

Well you can't switch without resetting. It'd screw up the used market big time if they were locked forever - Traps are ok because it doesn't change gameplay, just the color, but this would mean testing every single one to see what class it had.

If you look at where the element symbol should be, there's definitely a question mark.

EDIT: Wait, I guess that might be undead, it does look like the light might just be hitting it funny. Since the symbol is a very light color and light is reflecting off that side of the package, the symbol could just be blending in
