I showed my BF this, and he asked me why the hell people are making jokes about Harambe. I opted not to mention "Dicks out for Harambe"

I mean it's the same logic as Holocaust or 9/11 jokes. It happened and it was tragic, but joking about it is probably a coping mechanism for some people. IMO, you can joke about anything as long as it the joke itself isn't meant to actually demean and belittle an actual person. That's just how I see it. There is no real limit to comedy.
