Probably going to sound like a homophobic prick for saying this but the only thing I don't like about most of the gay ships is how they give them biological children (In that children who have traits of the mother and father due to genetics being passed down to them) when it's scientifically impossible for them to have biological children. But then again this is Skylands we're talking about, and magic does exist, so...

Don't worry Adam, that stuff is from fangirls/fanboys who don't really know how gay relationships work so they think real babies is the only true love(adopting is for "fake parents", urgh). Actually well written slash ships would just make an OC conveniently let them take care of a baby or a canon character be the child of the situation rather than by blood. However, we're kinda veering into NSFW discussion, we'd better change the subject.

Actually, what about Brawl and Chain as a bazooker? In SuperChargers, there was an enemy that was basically Brawl and Chain, but shot Grinnades and stuff instead of fighting with his links. Sure, that's a VV enemy, but come on! We all know Brawl and Chain is a semi-loved enemy, maybe even as much loved as Hood Sickle.

All I know is that he's never going back into my water trap no matter how many times I replay Trap Team in the future. I can still hear all of his quotes and his theme in my head like I was still doing the quest if I put my mind into it enough.

With the Luminous vs. Blaster Tron vs. Eye Five debate I think one of Luminous' s quotes was pretty funny. He said:

"I could get used to this place. Think they'd consider me for a teaching position here?"

Now I might want Luminous over Blaster Tron, heh.

That is brilliant and probably foreshadowing as well because the Senseis teach Imaginators of the same class!

I don't think it was foreshadowing, a lot of them do school jokes since, well, it's the Academy. Luminous is also probably the most friendly of the level villains so he probably was naive enough to ask.

One thing that I noted now is that, on all Toys for Bob Skylanders games (with the exception of Spyro's Advrnture), the character icon on his health bar comes from his artwork. On Vicarious Visions games, it's a original artwork (only not the characters from past games on SuperChargers). Interesting.

I don't think brawlrus or brawl and chain have any chance of becoming a figure. You guys may have liked them but they weren't universally appealing , at least not as much as a lot of the other villain options.

Well, I do like him. Theme is great, his enemy/boss attacks are great looking(though his regular gameplay unfortunately isn't), his quest isn't super annoying because he walks at a good pace. Also in Battlecast he's overly threatening and has a mechanic around getting his teammates killed which is hardcore.

I mean more design wise. I love his design, but universally appealing is something that does not describe him.

His design is pretty distinct from most characters in the game, since he's really top heavy but has a tiny head and nearly no upper arms. Dunno if it's appealing per se, but it's a fresh sight from all the neckless giants or regular strong people.

Judging by how we've used almost a whole page just to talk about art and ships I think it's safe to say we're getting desperate for actual reveals and not just leaks. As someone pointed out a bit ago I think we've officially had more characters leaked than have been actually revealed and I'm not the biggest fan of that.

No one is, but that's Activision. Their PR continues to be as **** and apathetic as ever.

Yeah, we've seriously only had 7 characters actually announced so far.
