It looks like classes are only going to be limited by ELEMENT, not by VILLAIN. In fact the villains are Skylanders now, so no reason they should have that restriction.

Physique doesn't mean anything, weapons do. The senseis have physiques all over the place. And apparently TfB's idea of a "ninja physique" is just a head with no body, anyway.

I just double checked, neither of her hands are in the shot. You can see the upper arm, but there's no hand. You can see one finger and it's not looking to be positioned into a fist. It looks like she's definitely holding something.

I think she does. Plantlike explosions suit her really well in my opinion.

All the brawlers (apart from Crash, he's a guest star though) are bulky characters. Besides, King Pen, Air Strike, and Mysticat are looking to be our Brawlers.

The hand looks to me like it's mostly in the shot. But maybe we're interpreting the shape of it differently. I guess we'll find out when we get better images.

King Pen is the only Brawler we have aside from Crash, so that's not enough to establish a trend. I don't see any reason to think any class will have a consistent physique when it comes to senseis.

Air Strike will probably be a bazooker (he appears to have a large cannon aimed into the air), and Mysticat appears to be holding a staff so he'll probably be a sorcerer.

Is there a bigger picture I'm missing? I'm not seeing any of these things you're saying.

Boom Bloom's hands are in the picture, but not her fingers or palms or anything. Just the edge of them. You can't see whether she's holding something or not.

I don't see any cannon. I see fists. Same for Mysticat. I don't see any staff, but I see a knuckle.

Here's an idea. Choppy Mage could be a smasher as he used his staff as a smashing weapon. Painyatta could be a knight because most knights have a side weapon called a halberd which is a small axe so a candy axe makes sense. The light villain has to be a brawler so Eye Five or Luminous could be brawlers. If you look at Grave Clobber's hand he looks like he's holding a bazooka. Just a theory

Flarewolf- Bazooker (you can see the bazooka being held in the artwork.)
Pit Boss- Quickshot (he looks like he's holding two weapons, but he wasn't in the swashbuckler list.)
Air Strike- Brawler (his pose kinda looks like he's punching??? idk)
Boom Bloom- Ninja (i can see some kind of pointy edges in her artwork. maybe she throws leaf shurikens?)
Mysticat- Sorcerer (kinda looks like he's holding some kind of crazy staff.)
Chompy Mage- Sorcerer (i don't see how he could be anything else..)
Grave Clobber- Brawler (I guess.)

(aurora is confirmed as a swashbuckler from the demo leak.)

Here's my theory on the Classes:

Air Strike has a clenched fist, but we can't see his other hand, which could very well be holding something. So, either Brawler or Bazooker.
Starcast is Ninja, moving on.
Flarewolf has a very obvious GIANT CANNON, so he's definitely a Bazooker.
Boom Bloom has her hand open on one side, but we can't see her other hand fully. Someone has pointed out that there is some sort of whip-like thing in the background.
Chompy Mage is holding his staff like a staff, not like a Smasher, so I'm gonna say Sorcerer.
I'm stumped on Mysticat and Pit Boss. Could be anything, honestly.
Grave Clobber is... Bazooker, why not.

So, now I will repeat what I said before to see what you think, just in case:

We finally know that Crash is not part of the 20 Skylanders. So yeah, at least 31 characters. 32 if we have 11 Villains.

Pit Boss is a Sorcerer. I'm 100% sure of it. He has some sort of staff.

Mysticat I could see as a Ninja, or a Sorcerer.

Pit Boss is definately sorcerer. He does have a boxer motif, but you can see something next to his face that seems like the end of some staff. It's too big to be a gauntlet,we already have an Undead Smasher and Sentinels, and anything else wold've covered that spot entirely.

If your talking about Pit Boss, Pit Boss is undead.

Not that it really needs to be said, but the leak does confirm Krankcase is in the tech element and not light once and for all. Not that it wasn't clear before but now it's indisputable.

The thing that's weird though, is the Krankcase and Aurora have the same background, but it could be just me...

Well then I guess its still not 100% confirmed? But the placement of the two in relation to each other suggests different elements. so I'd say like 99% confirmed.

Aurora actually has yellow and cyan, so it's different. Krankcase is all orangey yellow. Now that the artwork theory is bust, we know it's the same for everyone in the element, so it couldn't be different for them.

Krankcase is probably still tech, judging on his base. Unless Aurora is magically a Tech element, which is almost impossible, just by her name.

Those are exactly where I would put the new Senseis into battle classes. The only ones we could change are the tech and magic sensei we haven't seen yet. But magic into Sorcerer and tech into brawler makes more sense obviously.

So, uh, I looked again at Krankcase's artwork... He actually does have blue under his orange background, just like Aurora.

The new characters look amazing. I'll probably get Boom Bloom, Aurora, and Chompy Mage. Also, I am new to the forums.

Not only does Barbella ALSO have that (and we know for a fact she isn't Light), you also have to notice that the characters are listed by elements, alphabetically (Air, Dark, Earth, Fire, etc.), which means that where Krankcase is placed is where the Tech elements should go.

Barbella's more white than anything, Krankcase is clearly blue under. Oh well, it's not like I'm afraid for Krankcase's element, but the backgrounds sharing colors is going to confuse things later.

I'm still sure Krankcase is Tech. I mean, I think his background is more orange. Aurora's is more yellow.

I'm also confident he's tech, but the colors sure do make it unnecessarily unclear.

And this is why it'd be cool to have the SuperChargers backgrounds for everyone again. They're super pretty, always match the color scheme, and aside from Light and Tech from afar aren't getting mixed up anytime soon.
