Luminous is a lot more likely. Heck, Blaster-Tron is more likely. Both of them have some popularity among fans. And if they are only going with popular villains, then I doubt Eye Five is anywhere close to getting in, especially since as a playable character he was pretty mediocre.

That's literally the only reason I can see for changing his element. If he's not a Bazooker then I honestly have no idea.

And yeah at this point I'm expecting Bone Chompy to be the Light villain sensei.
