There's no reason not to be.

I guess that makes sense... Like using a Fire Crystal unlocked the volcano golem parts. Also makes even more sense considering Knight Light's wings are unlocked by Light Imaginite, so the same likely applies to other pieces.

Idea - Brawl n' Chain could be a Bazooker. In SuperChargers, there was a type of enemy that was variation of him, one that had a cannon for one hand and a hook for the other. You might remember this type of enemy from Battlebrawl Island and Sky Train. We could do that with Brawl n' Chain. He could fire Grinnades from his cannon hand, and he could use his chain to pull enemies close and then blast them in the face.

All I remember from Brawl and Chain is his song because it's short yet plays on loop for his 10-minute quest. Brrr.

Why not just swap Brawlrus over to Water? He's way more popular than Brawl and Chain.

Well, can't say I would be too surprised if this winds up being legit. It'll only beg the question on if Kaos will still be the main villain then.
I honestly doubt they'd just drop Kaos as the villain and they'd probably come up with some excuse as to how he can be both a Skylander and the next game's villain.

The issue with a Kaos figure is that he'll ALWAYS be playable. Every game moving foward. Unlike the Trap, it'd take a lot of excuse. If it's a doppleganger or something, maybe, but then the explanation is still worse than 'get another villain'.
That said, the 11th villain is still a thing. There was another E3 interview with the audio guy today and he mentioned 20 senseis,11 villains again.

Making it a Kaos Clone would honestly be the best way to make a Kaos figure work, in my opinion, and could even tie into the game's story. Like what if Kaos accidentally creates a clone of himself using his Imaginite powers that has the same personality as his counterpart from the Mirror of Mystery? That could offer a lot of great potentials for humor and would also make sense of why "Kaos" would join the Skylanders.

That's the way I'd like to see things play out. Another possibility could be that it IS actually Kaos from the Mirror Of Mystery...

Mirror Kaos is a bit of a lazy fool, though, since he was more worried about some random fish than idk, Evilon's imminent attack on his village, which he wasn't going to do anything about. Probably also why they didn't reverse Skylander and Villain timers as we speculated - their idea probably was that Mirror Skylanders must be a lazy and ineffective evil team.

Clone or ascended Imaginator sounds better, since we probably could even make him given the right set.

See, the weird thing about Mirror of Mystery, since everyone like Flynn and Persephone were evil, wouldn't that mean Skylanders are evil too? That level didn't make sense at all

Actually, we never saw what was in that chest from that placeholder Dark Starter Pack, did we? If Kaos doesn't get his own figure then I'll at least bet he'll get parts based on him for Imaginators, maybe even a Kaos Voice Option.

Yeah but those you have to go out of your way to do. It's not the same as SSSE summoning Whisper Elf(which I'm still miffed on) or the series antagonist fighting himself for everyn game in the future.

EBgames/gamestop (i never call it gamestop honestly) already has an exclusive in Dark editions for the US.
So if not everyone getting the exclusive I'd guess ToysRus or just maybe bestbuy.

I'm pretty sure that by using old figures in Superchargers onward, you're breaking the canon. I guess.

Superchargers aren't permanent, Rift into Overdrive shows them as super forms. Like, only activated in contact with the Rift Engine so they can handle vehicles.
The issue is SSSE just plain having another Skylander as her soul gem, but VV has never been one for consistency.
