Oh man, this is amazing.

Tae Kwon Crow doesn't fit the Fire element at all, but I love it! That Earth Sentinel looks really cool, and Chopscotch sure looks interesting!

Tae Kwon Crow doesn't work in any element. He doesn't use Dark abilities. He could be a Master of the Elements like Spyro, but refuses to use them, but now he will as a Fire Element.

Thanks! I mean, he didn't really use any Dark related abilities. He just fought with a Sword and Some Ninja Stars. Though I'm excited to see his new attacks!

@Bifrost It's mostly black though, just with some silver here and there. We don't even know if Krankcase's pedestal is silver, it could be pearlized white. It's hard to tell from the provided image.

The back of the picture is white. It's not hard.

I think its worth noting that the other two Doom Raiders we've seen haven't changed Elements, so I think it's safe to say that Krankcase is still Tech.

In the end, I do believe he's Tech. But I'm saying we don't know for sure, and we should consider these possibilities.

Krankcase is Tech, no doubt about it.

I do get that the lighting of the model's shot makes it look a lot brighter than it should, and I also get that Tech bases usually have some black paint over them but this doesn't change the fact they are two completely different colors.

The reason why they didn't go with orange for the bases is probably because they had to change Undead (which has always been dark grey outside of SuperChargers) to dark purple/lavender to not make it clash with Dark, so they probably thought it would have been better if Tech's silver remain the same to have more coherence with the previous figures.

There is nothing on his design that could even POSSIBLY be considered Light. At least Tae Kwon Crow and Hood Sickle's design changed slightly to fit in the new element.

Undead's element color is grey, but they got a Purple-blue color for the base.

Dark's color is dark purple, but they got black.

Tech having a very silvery base means nothing that it's Light.

One thing's for sure!

These bases have been element color based, unlike the SSA-STT design-based bases, which is why it's fair to assume the Silver/Grey Krankcase design is Light.

Well, Hood Sickle got some minor changes but Tae Kwon Krow looks identical to his Trap Team incarnation as far as I can tell: even the weapons didn't change, he did used ninja stars back then.

Which is why I'm even more salty about him: he will surely have fire-themed attacks but I don't like the fact a character with a certain color palette can be arranged to fit another Element simply because of that.

The thing is that they do seem to be adding, y'know, actual fan favorite villains. I'd mostly expect some of the more popular villains to get in now.

Yeah, explaining the whole Tae and Hood Sickle situation. I'm assuming the remaining three should hopefully be fan favorites.

Such as Chill Bill or Threatpack for Water, Broccoli Guy or Pepper Jack or Chompy Mage for Life, and Luminous for Light :3
