In TT his tornado doesn't damage enemies just spins them around for a brief amount of time (and it often backfires by flinging the enemies at you)

In the new TAAG Presentation, it is stated there are "a variety of different ways" to inlock special attacks. (Maybe you don't need a sensei to teach them those abilities)

If Crash doesn't count, then Cortex wouldn't either. It's not a guest star.

It could even be The Darkness, or something else similar if Kaos isn't the final boss in this game.

But I think it will definately be Kaos. People have talked about a kaos figure for years , so now that we're getting villain figures, it would be weird not to get him.

Either Kaos or someone else who'll be important in the game. With zero plot details because all throw you in the middle of the action, we don't really know if Kaos has help from people other than Doomlanders, or if we don't have some new/returning NPC.

Prediction with spoilers maybe?

Thought that was pretty obvious but considering fans ignoring the Doom Raiders in GD and Wolfgang's backstories we do need to ask these questions. The game even shows you the Vessel with the right element on the first portal drop, even if we could save creations they'd probably just ignore the old element to use the corresponding one.

I'm asking more questions because I want to establish the following is true:

1. You cannot start creating an Imaginator of a specific element without a matching creation crystal (which is proven above)
2. You cannot create more than one Imaginator of a specific element without multiple creation crystals unless you want to overwrite the existing Imaginator in the one you have.
3. That here are no "in progress Imaginator" saves, it's crystal saves or nothing.

If I can confirm those three things, I can prove that the core concept of the game is going to be severely limited by how many creation crystals you buy. This I feel is worth drawing attention to as I know my kids will want to create (and save) hundreds of Imaginators without needing to having 100s of creation crystals.

Don't think it's been posted. Kaos' Dialogue is very interesting this year...

If there's more crystals, I hope they don't flood the Skylanders section with alternate element crystals like they did with Trap Team.

I understand their idea, really, but if there truly isn't a way to save Imaginators then they just shot themselves badly.
There is no way I (and I hope the majority of the customers) am going to buy a single Vessel for each Imaginator I want to create.

This would not only be a limit to the creation experience but would also simply be an insult: you can't develop a game with editing features without allowing them to be saved somewhere inside the game itself.
They even did it for traps!
Why don't repeat the same?

Sincerely hoping Activision will change his strategy if that's how it actually is, or else no one will be happy, not them neither us.

I guess I should have seen this coming, even though that's a pretty stupid move. I guess it still doesn't rule out the possibility of the option for it being added late development.

In that case, I might just try to get two Senseis per element and class, so that way I can level up all Imaginators I make to 20 as well. And then get two crystals per element so I can give each Sensei one Imaginator each, and make one a completely original character while the other I can try to make some kind of guest star.

But still... That is just really, really scummy... But I'm not gonna lose sleep over it.

Kinda figured that when there were only bipedals shown in all of the classes.

Anyway, that Crash music being found is very interesting...
But I really like it! Also loving the main theme for Imaginators. Well, from what we've heard.

To be honest, I'm not really bothered by multiple molds with crystals, as long as they don't go crazy with them like they did with traps.

Remember the questions I'm asking above about saving Imaginators haven't been answered yet, but I'm really worried about the prospective answer and the fact there's no confirmation either way and they haven't shown any saving method other than crystals makes me think they want to avoid talking about it. Just speculating on my part though.

I find it slightly hilarious that Lou responded "eeehh I don't know" at the mention of yawn traps.

Wouldn't it be crazy if yawn traps were the preorder bonus somewhere, kind of like Lightcore Hex?

Even two per element is fine.

They didn't say there won't be a vault, right? So maybe it will be like the villain vault where you can switch, oh forget it! It's already confirmed with the stickers that there will be only one Imaginator per crystal, who you can't save in the game itself. There goes my idea of making Outlanders.

You would think with the Villain Vault in Trap Team, they'd at least be smart enough to add a feature where you can create multiple Imaginators of the same element, and switch them out within one Creation Crystal.

It's probably just a cheap way to gain more money.

They better bring Yawn Traps somehow. The hope I had lost for them is now reinstated with that "I don't know" and slight smile.

Guys, I think I just logic'd out more proof that the Yawns are coming somehow during Imaginators.

The Skylander Boy and Girl don't even have the Yawns. That family is rich AF. The only reason they wouldn't have already ordered them online, or maybe even gotten them sent to them by Activision, is because they already know that the Yawns are coming.

Just noticed that not all Imaginite has been changed to Vessel. Some are Imaginite, some are Vessel.
I also like how they added a special music for every battle class.

Okay, I'm actually hoping for 3 crystals per Element. I'll make one Doomlander, one original character, and one gag character per element.

I'm not confirming anything... but uhh Krankcase is a Quickshot? Maybe? If this is the Imaginators Krankcase...

That's very true. Though I don't want to get too excited, just in case.
But I'm 97% sure this is the new Imaginators Krankcase!

That HAS to be new artwork. Notice how in the artwork this year, each Skylander pops out more than past years. Krankcase's gun is definitely popped out more. And the fact that he has two guns?

Totally not pointing to our next Villain or anything.

Alright I'm convinced. Pretty excited! Krankcase was my favorite Tech villain!
