VERY disappointed in Ambush. Looks wise, he's great. But gameplay is not original and extremely uninspired.

Well the sony press conference is today. So we more than likely will find out about the "crash edition" as it is plastaion exclusive.

For once, my main favorite Skylander is likely wave 2 (or 3, but guys revealed at 3 are usually wave 1 or 2) instead of being the last one to release! Can't wait for Ambush! (I hope Painyatta is at least wave 3...)

You have to justify the $15 per figure SOMEHOW. Remember Giants was the testbed to see if people will pay more for bigger figures. They've done it every year since.

I mean, Swappers' size is ok but Trap Masters' or even Giants' absolutely isn't.

The 13$/€ for SuperChargers were a good compromise in my opinion.

(I counted just individual characters so for example Dark Snap Shot and Regular Snap Shot just counted as one character.)

So far we only have 4 confirmed for Wave 1 (King Pen, Golden Queen, Wolfgang, and Tri Tip)....which means we should be getting at least 10 to 15 more characters.

Uh...according to all sources, Ember will be released in Wave 2. Or MOST LIKELY revealed in Wave 2.

I think you have to accept that Ember is probably going to be Wave 2, Luminous. I'm sorry, but it's true. Weren't Nightfall and Deja-Vu both revealed at E3, and they were Wave 2?

So, Ambush, huh? I was certainly they'd go with Overgrowth or something like that. Anyhow, I love him. He's now tied with Tri-Tip for my favorite Sensei. Also, I'm really hoping to see the Air guy soon. He also has potential to be a favorite.

I just wanted to clear this up too.
I just looked back at some E3 videos, and I was right about Trap Team and Superchargers. They had characters of Wave One only, But Swap Force had Wave 3 and 2 characters and I'm sorry about that... but I still believe that they will be Wave One. I mean, if it was two years in a row, I hope they stick to that tradition, but if I'm wrong, I'm sorry. I still believe it though, but you don't have to. Anyway, just wanted to clear it up.

I agree that 22 would be way too many but at the same time we received 22 of 40 for Superchargers. And with wave 1 usually having the largest amount of characters...we got 47% of them in Swap Force, 40% of them in Trap Team, and 55% of the total in Superchargers...... it is possible to get in the 12 to 15 range. I am unsure about the creation crystals as well...not sure how to factor them into the numbers. Are they being treated as characters or similar to the traps?

I'm confused still... What Activision event?

If there's one mold per element, no. They'll probably split the crytsals in the different waves.

If you want advice, don't. I stayed up super late for Sony conference last year, next day had to rewatch because I was so tired I couldn't remember a thing. It's longer than it looks.

Was that or their other yearly events, that's how bad it was. "Twitch stream was really bad" was all that stayed.
