Not happy to hear that.
That being said, it fits the direction of the series.
Starting from SuperChargers (sorry again for blaming you for too many things, V.V.) it seems that Activision wants each new entry to have a very unique and specific identity, maybe at the cost of losing a general identity.
From bases, to logos, to the removal of Cores they are apparently changing a lot.
Not liking this soluction but it's not a bad thing per se.
There are aspects I'm liking, like a seemingly perfect mix between TfB and V.V.'s designs or the fact they are focusing more about in-game innovation rather than pure toy gimmicks.
