Yeah. I look back at my entry and then on other's entries and I'm just... ashamed to call myself an artist. It was such a rush job! I hope that I get in the Top 11. It won't be easy.

Well, let's all remember that they're gearing towards children, the target audience. Like the Frito Lay Name contest, they'll likely choose candidates of the younger age group.

Well, I mean, technically the eligible age to enter is about 13, so. They're skewing a BIT high on that front!

That is a big worry I have. I have so many concerns, but "Not looking childish enough" is one of them.

Well not every year cause it would then lose its meaning. Cause this year's theme is creating your own skylander and they got that idea from the thousands of pics they got from kids of their own skylanders they made from their own imagination. So having a contest like this was a perfect thing they could have done.

It wouldn't se much rigged as "choose the first 11 they draw", because it feels it's how it went with Frito Lay. Not a whisper of the DS ideas.

If they do another one. Please be an International Contest, there's also talented people outside the U.S.

I think Aura24's Character: Petra-Wing could win the big prize, but that's just me. I don't know, I get that feeling.

I kinda hope i make it to the top 11 but it's unlikely. It's not a very good drawing.. but hey, if this contest is aimed for younger kids... maybe my younger-kid-ish style of drawing will be seen..?

Aura or any of the artists winning is awesome enough for me. Again, shows they actually judge based on creativity and skill.

If all the winners were 7 year old (which shouldn't be possible cause you have to be 13 or more) I would lose my motivation to keep drawing cause that's the career i want to go into when i'm older

I really think I have a shot.
My entry is currently the most liked on Instagram and on twitter its getting some love.

Crowvalier is amazing, for sure. You could almost mistake him for Jeff Murchie doing a traditional sketch.

Crowvalier is really cool but the only problem i have with it is there's been a lot of bird villains from Trap Team so playing as another bird for me would go stale but that's the only thing I think they did an amazing job drawing it.

I dunno... With all the publicity Crowvlier is getting, I can see Acti doing something stupid and not letting it win.
