Okay. Well a couple of my OC's use both magic and swords. I guess there's not a whole lot of hope for a "spellblade" type character then. Darn.

They still have the elemental moves, you can get a Magic character with a themed sword.

Yes, but as far as we've seen the only wings available are knight light wings and dragonfly wings

You can give wings but we don't know if you can use them yet. That said, having special leg types makes you hover so you can combine that for the same effect.

We can see the silhouettes of dragon wings at some point, but I don't think they showed up on a character in footage yet.

Really? I never saw dragon wings, what video?

I believe it's the Skyfamily one? It's the only one I remember which had more of that menu full.
Edit: It's a locked part but you can see at least two leather wings.

Another type of wings. As you can see on low left corner the wings only seems to boost a certain stat, not giving the power of flight per se. But I have hope that one of the secret techniques of the air imaginators will be flight, hopefully:

I think they're all the same wings with a different color scheme and size. Scratch's are fluffier and have a simpler gradient than Knight Light's I feel.

I don't remember if Lou went back for the slider when he put the backpack on,or any of the other footage,so dunno.

Since he said there is a slider for the tail when you have one equipped, I imagine there's one for wings as well.

Just for clarification the crystals will let you play as a "new" Skylander of that element but you get to make that Skylander? Like a full fledged Skylander and not like the villains in trap team or vehicles on superchargers where they're just temporary?

Agreed. Haha. Anyway, ideas keep coming into mind for my new characters. I usually have tons of ideas but my mind is straight out blank for this game

I already have a page and a half long document on Google Drive filled with ideas for my characters, from crystal gems to characters from my animations to game characters to just plain weird ones!

i'll try and make a floaty hippie character based off a balloon. since he'd be like a shaman, i'd name him "Heal-ium"

I'm hoping to just go along with the flow. I tend to reach a character of my liking more if I let it simmer, so to say; slap something together without expecting it to stay that way and gradually change them as I find new stuff.

If you can only make one character per crystal, with no way to swap them out, I guess I'll have tons of crystals on my Skylanders shelf.

I'm thinking maybe if I buy doubles of crystals, I'll try to make figures out of clay and put the RFID chip in them (of course, it'll look terrible, because I have no art skills at all, but I still think it would be cool).

I was personally thinking getting 2 sets of crystals. One to have normal coherent characters the other for swapping in and out for more insane combos.

considering two body types-

a balloon string like skinny body

a big, puffy body (think michelin man)

since he'd be a healer, i really don't know the body i'll go with. any advice?

If I could get the game, I'd probably just put assign all of the body parts pertaining to one theme, and put it on a character. Not a huge fan of mixing and matching characters...

I'm planning out a dark imaginator with the parts we've seen, to. His name is gonna be Eye-Tunes and he's gonna use the eye head and I'm gonna put futuristic stuff on him. And if there's a music note aura, I'll probably add it on to him. Idk though, I might make him life instead if I like the life colors.

Unless air comes out wave 1, I'm doing fire because the fire color Lou used in the SBAG video, it had the color of Flynn's skin, but red clothes, and I think that's the closest we'll come to a good color for Flynn's clothes, unless Earth has the colors for him.
