Funtime Foxy (AKA Mangle in its full body) is included in the list of characters, as well as Funtime Freddy. Now I'm thinking "Is the character on the teaser Funtime Freddy?". And then Adventure Spring Bonnie and Springtrap, including the regular Springtrap. I wonder why these two springtraps are there...

I'm kind of lost. What exactly is this leak? The names of the animatronics?

those were copyrighted last year and were likely for fnaf world and such

I think it means they were used for the Fnaf series from past games

By copyright they mean that Scott has literally copyrighted the names, so nobody else can use them, which alludes to him using them soon, or at least having a plan for using them.



EDIT: Notice, that only the top 7 are listed under 2016. These are the NEW ones. Baby, Ballora, Badybab, Ennard, Funtime Foxy (pre-mangle mangle) and Funtime Freddy.

There's a lot of potential here, and I'm honestly wondering if the gameplay is gonna change.

To get it straight it's only the update being released tomarrow not the iOS version Aswell?

I'm pretty sure console ports are confirmed for the series. If they ever go for a physical copy like Shovel Knight, it has to include all games as each one seems too small. It could be Five Nights at Freddy's Tetralogy, or pentalogy if FNAF World is added, or just call it "Five Nights at Freddy's Collection". Also my guess for price, based on data from Steam, would be $30-$40. I would buy a physical copy of this game for Wii U.

Agreed that it's probably baby, but could also be a minor animatronic, so keep that in mind. In update 2, fredbear said something about applying for a job at fazburger? Not sure if it's just a dumb little joke, or if that's the name of the sister location.

At the end of update 2, you return to the house which presumably has Scott working at a desk. He mentions that he "created something horrible" and that "it's out of control" then the room goes dark, two glowing eyes appear beside him, a real voice says "stay in your seats, the show will begin shortly" and then the lights turn back on, the eyes are gone, and scott is face-down on the desk with blood spreading on the desk.

THIS is how you build hype.

That's what I'm guessing, because it doesn't seem like a coincidence to me that Scott made that area of the nose intentionally look like Springtrap/Spring Bonnie. Maybe it's some sort of variant of Springtrap.

Personally, I'm not sure about the reflection in the nose, and springtrap seems a little far fetched from what I gather about the story, but at this point anything is possible. That being said, springtrap is legit the scariest animatronic to me. The way he just moves around, especially when he's right in front of you... And the possibility of giving him voicework? Oh god.....

But in all seriousness this game looks amazing. I'm hyped, love that there's voice acting implied and it looks to be actual free roam this time.

And the production value for these games just gets better and better with each installment. Those animatronics look great.

Just a thought, but what if you watched a camera attached to each animatronic rather than ones around the establishment? The cameras may be ditched in this game like they were in FNaF4 though.

This one is looking like its gameplay will be different than what we have seen of previous ones. Its new and just like any series when something new comes out the fans will hype.
The divided faceplates could be a design choice to allow for the animatronics to 'emote' in a more realistic manner, and they could also open up for maintenance or they could be another case of a type of suit that can be climbed into and as such it would need a way in.

Everyone has things that appeal to them and for some people this appeals more than it would for others. Personally, i like the underlying story that the fnaf series has been telling, and this is exciting for me because its bringing more to the world.

The folks over at Reddit seem to believe this whole "Fazbunker" thing. I don't think so. It seems almost too outlandish. I feel like we will get something like The Joy of Creation where the main character can move around at will. I also hope we get more answers.

That's pretty dumb tbh, and it's filled with a LOT of assumptions, and probably made by someone who can't get their head out of the gutter.

But the new guy? Seems freaky, which is good. The best connection to the text I can figure is that he was taken apart and bits of him were put into all the other animatronics when they were built.
