i hate my brain all day every day

because no matter how calm or happy i am at a given moment, i’m secretly somehow really freaking angry and it just gets worse and worse until something finally pushes it over the edge and i strike out at whatever’s in front of me

and then when the rage is lessened as much as it can be (because it never goes away) i just sit there feeling like a terrible person

this really bothers me because it inevitably turns me into that one person who seems nice at first but will fly into a rage at the drop of a hat and i hate this i absolutely hate this i don't want people to think i'm pretending to be nice when i'm not pretending i jysvskfgdkgkjhnkfnh

i prefer being calm. can i stay calm? can i just... be calm without feeling a bit of anger below the surface? or is that too much to ask?

Thanks to all of you that helped me. Even though I was giving up, you three made me realize that I have to get up, I have to fight, I have to stop hating myself and you gave me reason to love again. My beloved friend whom I care about deeply, I could never stay upset with you, I just need to be patient, I'm truly sorry for worrying you. Depression is a silent killer, it almost got me this time, I can't give up and I won't.

I was forced to see three different psychologists at different times in my life: somewhere during primary school, early highschool, middle highschool. It was useless, it didn't help me feel "normal" at all, especially when I had to quit during a class to go see one... they did try to help me and provided good advices when I think about it now, but it wasn't the solution for me. I just needed time and the right opportunities to get out of my shell.

In your case it should help since you are fully aware that there is a problem and you want to fix it.

Gosh darn if I wasn't so oblivious as to what was happening when biking home I would've been freaking out. The helicopter was circling around the area all the way home, which was strange. There were buses and police cars everywhere. So glad to be home now.

I feel like I dont belong around there anymore... so Ive been getting very quiet. I should probably just leave, since Im not really contributing to the group anymore

Oh boy infusion day.

I actually have a chance to get all of my assignments done in time, omg. They won't all be A+ material, but the way schedules have been this month, I don't really care. It's going to be done, and I'll still pass. I just need to transfer the sketches into an organized sheet and bake my clay model.

Everytime you do stuff like this I wonder why we're still friends tbh. It's not funny.

this week has drained me physically, mentally, and emotionally and tbh i just want to sleep all weekend but i still have a million stressful things to do
