Whats your stance on it

Ive gotten to yhe point where i throw the words around like nothing which im trying to lessen atm what about you guys

I try to lessen it as well,but I feel like as expletives they still have their place in informal conversation. Especially when ranting, trying to change everything to nicer words sometimes makes it sound like I'm dumbing it down despite talking to other adults.

But of course I just pay attention 100% to my wording when near kids. Swearing around kids is a no-no to me.

I see what you mean, they can add emphasis to a point or arguement sometimes, but when you overuse them in such places that aren't informal conversation they kinda loose their worth, if you get what i mean.

Sometimes I swear like a sailor.

Other times I try to be polite and won't use any.

Depends where I'm at or who I'm speaking with.

That's good to be careful with who you're talking to. I fib a lot around siblings and parents and others.

I'm such an edge lord when I'm at home. The way I swear I might as well be a middle schooler talking **** on the bus.

When I'm angry, mad or upset I swear so much even Satan covers his ears.

I do try to refrain from swearing around children or the elderly cause they really don't need to hear such vulgar words.

I keep my temper under control but it does come out and it's not good at all.

heh im the same sometimes, when i know nobody can hear me i can just go off lol

I honestly don't care too much.

That isn't to say I don't see it as being "vulgar" language, but I'm not very bothered by it.

I swear a fair amount, but I also don't talk much IRL, so when I do actually swear people always seem to react like I just screamed bloody ****in murder. Doesn't happen so much now that I'm at college, but at high school...

I swear like a trucker on the internet tho.

I only tend to do it when i'm really frustrated or angry. Rarely do I ever go out of my way to actually swear when anything else comes up.

Though i think that's because whenever i use harsh language in public when i'm not frustrated, I go out of my way to censor it or say it under my breath while I'm talking.

Depends on who I am talking to. I try not to abuse the words so they don't lose value. I generally do my best to be as respectful as possible.

I don't care and tbh I'm not really offended by them either.

But I've been saying them a lot less frequently IRL, 'cause it sounds really dumb and childish when I say them. >:c

I never use them. I'm probably the only person who thinks that way, though. I think people have classified them as "bad" words for a reason. I don't know what that reason is, though.

It doesn't bother me. I swear some when I'm with friends or online, but not excessively.

I avoid using it around my family and people I don't know, though.

You don't want to see me while i'm swearing. I don't really care if someone swears i just got used to beacuse of the Internet.

Actually I never find myself using swear words that much in real life or online.

Of course I've occasionally used them though.

I don't swear in every sentence. Though I seem to have a habit of swearing a lot when I'm angry or upset. I tend to throw "b!tch" around quite a lot, not in a rude way though.

I don't swear in front of children or elders.

Trying to lessen. But I also wish some people in the house that I live weren't hypocrites on swearing out in the house or around some people. I certainly do not like being cursed at by younger people who actually did something wrong or are in general jack asses.
