im looking to get one and ive done some digging on them and from the looks of things ebay and amazon are probably my best bet and the cheapest price so far of about $25. before i commit to buying one of these i figured i would ask you guys to see if maybe there is another option. ive heard stories of some store still having these in some dark corner but after 4 years i just dont see that happening.

No, eBay is really it. Store exclusive...Best Buy doesn't have them...third party is only recourse.

I am in the same boat as you, but since Activision has decided to not release the Yawn traps, not sure that I should really care anymore.

Honestly they've always been around $20-25, so it's not that bad. If it's still too high for your blood, wait for a market crash when the games stop being made, it really doesn't add anything other than an extra battle arena in some titles and a sense of completion.

I was lucky to find a brand new one at a Toy Show for $4 a few weeks ago!!!

Yeah in the older game it opens a battle arena...and in the other games it dose nothing really, just rains down like the others for a short time...also i even made a Card for it...lol.

Opps...been some time since i looked at it...looks like i need to fix the Model No. ...thats the wrong number...should be 0000459.

And for SuperChargers...spoiled it for those that don't want to know what it dose in this game.

$25 seems like a good deal, that's less than half of what i paid.

It can't hurt to check your EB Games/Gamestop used stock. About a month ago, I was browsing through my local Calgary EB Games used figures, and found a Volcanic Vault for $3.00. I was super excited! Likely the staff thought it was just another common magic item, so pure luck on my part. However, more and more people seem to be dumping their collection of figures, and so items like these can slip through the cracks when there is a lot of volume. They had a fair amount of harder to find used figs, like Boomer, Ghost Roaster, and they even had Legendary Bouncer, a series 2 Bash, Legendary Deja Vu, a Red Drilly, and several of the Dark Swap Force figures.
