Well, I'm sorry to be harsh,but considering that people get actually nervous when you start bringing up banned users that actually caused trouble, I don't think the attitude and the ragequitting is called for.

Is that any doubt? Wouldn't be surprised if even with all the leaving talk he'll show up on the Skylanders boards since most people in S&N don't use the other places.
But piling up on him isn't the best thing. But that doesn't mean he isn't wrong on who's the person causing trouble on the subject, because if that was the case,other users bringing up banned people wouldn't have the same reaction as they did weeks ago.

What's the point of constantly bringing up banned users anyway? You would think he would learn from this from last time.

In the interest of fairness, you have a habit of bringing up old jokes or users that people may not want to hear about anymore, and it comes off as you looking like you're trying too hard to fit in with us. These users were usually banned for a reason and in this case it was someone who both had a negative reputation site wide, and also acted particularly malicious towards particular users behind the scenes.

And when you're constantly bringing up such old users who shouldn't be relevant, people are eventually going to get tired of it and become more harsh with each moment it happens. Yeah a couple of them may have been more harsh more often than they might've needed to be, but doing this behavior sorta asks for it. I know the site loves to have its nostalgia trips but this is stuff people don't care to hear about. And then even if it isn't too bad people are already used to you doing it so will still respond negatively rather than take a more calm approach.

In all it does kinda feel like you're trying a bit too hard to fit in with us and as a result try to take on a different look or bring up old things that we used to joke about and treat it as new, while it isn't quite old enough to actually be nostalgic about it (there's a sort of curve there). I want to think nobody particularly hates you, but the current behavior can get on people's nerves. If you do come back I hope you can just sort of relax and be yourself rather than try to piggyback off the reputation of others (and usually others that you shouldn't want to piggyback off of to begin with).

Honestly though, like I know we all did the same thing in the beginning of our time here, but when you're already past blue sparx it's time to give it up.

Not to mention that zero, for example, was banned only a few months ago.

If you bring up banned users from, say, 4 years ago people might laugh and remember it almost fondly and then tell stories of how the person was to those who weren't there. But if you talk about someone who was banned only a few months ago most people are going to already remember and not want to discuss it, especially those who were most affected.

Zero and his banning are not old enough to be nostalgic. Right now it's just old enough to where people think he was banned a while ago and they wanted rid of him and don't want to hear about it.

Ah, the memories of the Kappatars and other incidents. Took forever before Dark banned him, even if he did come back under a new guise.

Also, I'll have some slight inactivity from Monday to Friday because of work experience. Though it shouldn't affect me too much activity-wise, might as well post about it just in case.
