I'd love to, but I'll wait for confirmation that Digital Owners is fine before buying- don't want to buy that version and learn that the portal locks out the Instant versions or something, I won't get another vehicle for at least a month ._. So probably in the following weekend or the start of october - unless the game manages to be the same price as physical, which then I'd have to add another month to get.

Do we have any info's if it will give crossplay, at least XBOX 360/XBOX One (XBL) and PS3/PS4 (PSN)? Finally we're talking about the same race tracks. Or if it will give a (ingame) guild/team system (Team Dark Spyro or so)?

I think the Microsoft network is the same regardless of system,so I'd suspect they are all the same. Put in layman's term, when I got a XBO I used by X360 account and it worked. I'm not sure if the game can filter based on system, so I guess that would be up to Activision.

That is what I mean. I have a 360 too and use the same account. I think I would add the members from both systems to my FL, and if it will give no crossplay maybe it will give at least a cross-system highscore list (like SF).

I believe that both Playstations and Xboxes require a headset while the Wii U and 3DS have mics built into the controller.

PS3 requires you to have a microphone and auriculars set, which can be either bluetooth or USB.

PS4 usually includes within the pack, a microhpone and auricular which can directly be plugged in the controller, so is extremeley easy foro PS4 users to communicate. Additionally you don't depend on the game to chat with your friends, you can create a private group in your PS4 interface and invite whoever you want (this will alow you to chat with everybody who joins the group).

By the way I'm surprised to see how many Wii U users they are in here, I was expecting consoles to be balanced.

They certainly changed mine, I immediately cancelled my PS4 preorder as soon as it was announced, great move on Nintendo's part. It's going to benefit me also as I'm considering cancelling my playstation plus subscription while Nintendo Network is still free.

I'm still the grumpy old man on this...will be interesting to see how SC Nintendo platforms do sale wise along with the number of Wii U units sold. I really wish they'd go for less than $300. Can't justify the cost relative to the tech it contains.
