As I said before if regular Jet-Vac became a SuperCharger I don't see why his Legendary counterpart shouldn't as well.

Just or the sake of informing correctly, HeyitsHotDog just remembered me Legendaries are actually a bit different from what they used to be.

Comics show them as an alternate status which can be achieved by certain Skylanders after they did something pearticularly heroic or brave (just want to remember you Jet-Vac gave his own wings to save someone's life).

So yes, Jet-Vac became Hurricane Jet-Vac, so he can turn into his Legendary version.
Lazy, uncreative, annoying but it does make sense and respect the canon.

The price you have to pay for a coherent lore I guess.

Actually they get Legendary Status by winning competitions amongst themselves. It's shown in detail in Deja Vu's, and though they still get the armor thing, they can summon it into themselves as a supermode.

The Rollerbrawl is also just the head on a s1 Rollerbrawl body with Fiesta's base.

The game ain't even out and people found glitches already(after the second minute). I'd watch out for people overusing the Hot Streak dash while having the Time Twister on if you guys actually want to hear the song or race properly; if TT is any indication Activision doesn't care about fixing things this late.
If all else fails, he found the fix by getting himself despawned, but then at the standings screen the screen got all messed up.

I feel like that's a glitch you actively have to be searching for, not like Trap Team's many random, sudden glitches.

A kid could easily be the charge through a Time Twister to reverse the effect(though it doesn't do much), so it's probably easy to run into if you end up using Hot Streak - which being starter nearly everyone will. So it's good to at least give a warning in case this goes with no fixes.

You know what Drek, I like you. You're a bit of an oddball, much like myself. You're stance on variants and the like is one of a kind. You wouldn't be caught DEAD buying one, sure, but at least you seem to be not only ok in their existence, but also well-versed in it. You always seem to have a way to justify their variants even though you don't like them. I assume that you are one of the Keepers of the Lore?

I wish I read HALF of the complimentary media that you appear to have, but I'm ashamed to say that I have read NONE of them, because of my budget. I SO want to download those comics.

The skylanders wiki(not the fanon one) is there for the more important bits and pieces of the lore, if you can't afford the extra material yourself. It's great to check the canon or the personalities of the skylanders since a lot has been seen only in either comics (and upcoming graphic novel) or the books.

Speaking of which, with all these comic delays, chances are Rift into Overdrive will be out on release week or after. Reay wish it's not the case for once, that one might be pretty important to figure out what happened between the TT comics and Superchargers.

Just look at the Wiki, it's really well made and organized.

This series is a lot more than what meets the eye.
Some may want to stop at the playable toys in creative and fun game and ignore what's behind that and they could still enjoy what this series is about... I don't.

Skylanders' lore can be intriguing, fascinating and rather mature.

Yeah, most people dismiss the lore of the series as childish, but Paul Reiche's past with D&D shows when you look into all the darker implications and how we're seeing one of the most dangerous universes out there through the eyes of people way high up in the power levels - Mask of Power, Return of the Dragon King and Light in the Dark really put this into perspective with near-genocides happening, slavery, Hex being physically beaten up by Drow and the thing you mentioned in spoilers happening because they're a few levels too weak at the time. Which is why I'm so happy David Rodriguez got the hang of it by the TT comics.

And since it's a slow news day, will drag the comics and books thread here for a second - Trap Team Season Finale listed as coming out on the 26th; and it might have some hints to the next game/season; Rift into Overdrive is listed as September 2nd but you can BET there'll be delays because it's too close to the season finale, and Season 2 Issue 1 is coming out in October 7th. PreviewsWorld is usually reliable on this on at the least the earliest date they can have - and they usually find the Subscription covers fast and they could also give hints, though I have a feeling those won't have one.
Too bad I can't buy any of those because dollar to reais conversion will absolutely kill my savings for the copy of Superchargers, but if you guys want a taste of the games(though by S2 Issue 1 you will've already), here's where to get it; they all have the same writer as the game.

If I remember correctly, in Giants' Legendary Skylander backstories, the Legendary Skylanders were statues of heroes after they had done something brave and noble. They could be brought to life by "special Portal Masters" in times of need. I believe the comics ignored that and made their own canon.

Funny thing about the legendary talk since I literally just read this book a few days ago. It also seems like the Legendary SKylanders can change back to their normal selves, kinda like DBZ with Super Saiyans.

It does change some things around with appearances though,but considering the series went through so many artists it's probably communication issues - Spyro carves one out of normal rock when they're described as made of gold; not the only mistake there either since they messed up big time on Flynn and other characters. I think it's better to go by the rule of most recent or common in cases like this.
