I've been looking through some of the forum games, and I'm seeing that there are some substantial games that were made by now-banned users. I'm not saying that they're bad games just because they were made by such people, but does anyone find it weird that people play those games? Surely these people must have some respect for coming up with these games, right?

sometimes people aren't ripto'd because of being bad, sometimes they ask for a ban from dark so they can get away from the site

What if they wanted to come back? Would they be allowed?

Not under the original account, no, but if they were to make a new one then maybe.

Depends on what they did in the past to be honest

Very rarely does getting Ripto'd make users lose respect for you, unless you absolutely did something to deserve it.


These days, most, if not all, bans are very well-deserved, but back in 2009-2010ish, users were getting banned left and right for very questionable things, things that users do these days with no punishment at all (e.g. making alt accounts).

The administrator should really clarify if users who were banned by request are allowed to return under a new account. I definitely know that badly behaved individuals are less than likely to be allowed a new account, but this has raised my curiosity.

More often than not, if he finds out it's you, he'll re-ban you in a heartbeat. This has happened countless times.

Unless you're zer0dch and he just stops caring.

They're just games though, what does it matter

If the ban was requested, yes.

If the ban was from a relatively small deal (spamming, ROMs?, etc.), maybe, and there's proof.

If the ban was for something significant (porn, constant harassment/flaming), no.

Well I mean people are capable of doing both bad and good things?? Even if they were banned, it doesn't mean every second of their existence on this site was purely malicious. Unless they were specifically banned for making that specific forum game, it doesn't really matter.

Dude, you can change your IP address by resetting your modem or router. A site like this doesn't have the technology to identify any user beyond an IP address. So yes, you can still get approved.

This is a strict violation of the fourth amendment. This is the first time I'm using this website. What did Loco even do? Was he the one who posted the porn? I am a welcomed new guest.

Well... We have good reason to believe so... but not a good reason to harass them,

So, we should keep the alt accusations to a minimum, like i said, it's not very friendly to new users,

You talk/act like Loco, have similar knowledge as he did, asked about ROMs which happen to be a reason he was banned, and even had a death of a close person all at the same time ( I'm sorry for your loss still )

I was going to say that this topic matches your somewhat firm evidence.

I'm not saying that he is Loco, 'cause maybe they both go to the same school Idk.. I'm just saying that it's a bit suspicious.

But for now I think it's best to just leave it alone. It isn't fair to him to treat him badly if he really isn't Loco, because there really isn't any full proof evidence anyway.
