I was more thinking along the lines of that the additional characters are separate purchases, but yeah, they might consider that.

The gimmicklanders ALWAYS had the cards on the bottom and the Superchargers are no exception, so calm down about there not being cards, there probably will be. Even if there aren't, who cares? Also, why are so many people suddenly focused on CARDS of all things?

So hot streak is in a single pack eh? That means spitfire will probably be in a single pack. Now I'm all good with getting DK.

None of us have the packs to actually confirm the 'No cards in Combo Packs' claims.

Also they're not listed on the Starter Pack like they usually are while the stickers are indeed listed.

The vehicles probably won't have a card with them just like the traps didnt have cards but the superchargers most likely will

Just really hoping it's not the same reason as Superchargers being revealed so late - lots of dumb decisions that they decided to offhandedly mention instead of changing BECAUSE NEW COOL THING - but I know this series and getting my hopes too up.

With earth having land vehicles it now mean Splat won't be earth, practically confirming her for magic because her vehicle is sea.

Well, considering every example where we have both vehicles they have been the same terrain, I'm going to agree with him. Splat is magic, and the magic vehicles are sea terrain.

No, that's news. We heard like, 2 lines from him in all that footage and you can barely tell what he's saying anyway, so it's a nice find to discover who voices him so soon.

I know, but they keep saying he's the brother of two people - because Eye-Brawl refers to both. Reading the backstory it's pretty obvious he's just Infamous Flying Eyeball's, the Eye part(go figure why he doesn't have an actual name).
Also, one of Dive-Clops' attacks is shooting water, lots of it, from himself by opening the diving tank. Eye's trivia in the Book of Elements is that he can drown an entire village if he cries.
...So, Dive-Clops is crying eternally? Because of losing his new friends or the wings, because being blown up by a cannon isn't exactly a clean cut? We know the devs won't answer, but wow.

I think Bifrost was trying to say Dive-Clops is not the cousin of Eye Brawl but only of the Flying Eyeball he's partially made of.
He isn't related in any way with the headless giant so he technically can't be related to Eye Brawl as a whole.

Lou said in one video that Dive-Clops cries a lot just because he's been in contact with the Water Element so much that he was infused with it.
But that's definitely a much better explanation!

Regarding the Sky Baron reference, I think it was referred directly to Jet-Vac: he lost his wings so he used some Sky Baron's armor (because it belonged to his kind not because all Sky Barons use them) and created a vehicle.

Speaking about backstories can somebody confirm if revamps will get new ones to explain their big change or if they will simply keep their classic ones?
I don't think we know Super Shot Stealth Elf's yet.

Speaking of Lou, in his playthrough of SSC before E3 he said Spitfire was a fire dragon. I guess Spitfire is our dragon this game

No, Spitfire's bio confirm he's a flame spirit, while the word 'speed demon' in his backstory is just an expression. The devs can say some things differently about a character's species, like in 2013, VV mentioned Pop Thorn being a dragon when his backstory mentioned him being a Pufferthorn.

Fiesta and Rollerbrawl both have land vehicles (Both are undead)
Dive Clops and Gill Grunt both have sea vehicles (Both are water)
Stormblade and Jet-Vac both have sky vehicles (Both are air)

Yes, nothing has been said but it is practically confirmed because of the characters we already know.

You would also think a SuperCharger and his/her vehicle would always be from the same Element, yet Bowser is Fire and Clown Cruiser is Air and Donkey Kong is Life while Barrel Blaster is Tech.

It would look logical but it's not sure.

Where was this said that a Pufferthorn is "a sub-species of dragon"? From other sources, like Element books and others, they never mentioned that and refer to Pufferthorns as a completely different species.

As I said before, the devs can say things differently that conflicts with the backstories of Skylanders.
